Get into the holiday spirit with our Gingerbread Eggnog Martini. This festive cocktail combines the flavors of eggnog, RumChata, Frangelico, and gingerbread in one amazing drink.

Gingerbread Eggnog Martini

water

brown sugar

unsulphured molasses

ginger

cinnamon

nutmeg

cloves

maple syrup

eggnog

RumChata

Frangelico

Cinnamon stick

Whipped cream

In a medium saucepan, combine the ingredients for the simple syrup.

Cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a simmer for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.

Cool completely before using.

To Make the Simple Syrup

Pour the maple syrup onto a shallow dish. Dip the rim of a martini glass into the syrup.

Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a separate dish. Dip the rim into the cinnamon sugar, and chill the glass in the fridge until ready to use.

To Make the Cinnamon Sugar Rim

Pour the eggnog, RumChata, Frangelico, and simple syrup into a drink shaker. Gently swirl or shake until mixed. Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
