The Glasgow Mule, invented by Damon Boelte of Brooklyn, NY's Prime Meats, is a seriously delicious and creative Moscow Mule variation that features blended scotch whisky, St. Germain, and Angostura bitters along with the standard ginger beer and citrus.

Glasgow Mule

1.5 oz blended scotch whisky

0.5 oz St. Germain

lemon juice

Angostura bitters

oz Fever Tree ginger beer

Lemon wheel and piece of candied ginger

Add all ingredients to a mug (preferably copper) or Collins glass.

Garnish with lemon wheel and ginger and serve.
