These were totally delicious and will be making their way into my recipe book. I did, however,  add a sautee of bellpepper, onion and spinach into my meat mixture. Oh so yummy!

Really tasty! Served with mustard and sugar free ketchup mixed together.

Just great, I doubled the recipe, as my son is 6'8, however I need the recipe for the dip.

They were good. Other than the dripping of butter and grease in the oven and having to pour off about a cup of grease I enjoyed them

These are ok.... nothing really special about them. Could use a different kind of seasoning. Garlic, salt and pepper just doesnt cut it , very bland. If I make these again I will use mozzarella cheese instead.

Tastes good but all the cheese melted out of the meat.  Was left with just meatballs...cheese didn’t stay inside.

I customize mine,,i use ""garlic butter,,and add a little ""creole""seasoning,,,then i cap em off,,witha nice chunk of pepper Jack cheese

These quick and easy gluten-free burgers are insanely juicy, simple to prep, and grilled to perfection in under 30 minutes. Enjoy a steakhouse quality burger at home, but with ingredients you can feel good about. Easily made dairy-free. The only burger recipe you need!

Juicy Gluten-Free Burgers

lbs lean ground beef

¼ onion, finely diced (or 1 shallot)

garlic cloves, minced (about 2 tsp)

milk

gluten-free worcestershire sauce (I use French’s. Omit if you can’t find)

tbsp ketchup

gluten-free breadcrumbs

½ tsp salt

Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Use a spatula or your hands to mix until just combined.

Divide the burger meat into 5-6 oz balls (150-170g). These burgers are pretty large, so depending on the size you will yield about 10-12 burgers. Use a kitchen scale if you have one, or divide and eyeball it.

Form the balls into patties about 3 inches in diameter. They will be quite thick. Press your thumb into the centre of the patties to prevent swelling as they cook. Place patties on a parchment lined baking sheet. If you are preparing them in advance, place the patties in the fridge until ready to cook. Or you can grill immediately.

Preheat your grill (or grill pan or cast iron skillet) to medium heat, about 400ºF. Grill on one side for 3-5 minutes. The burgers will release when they are ready to be flipped. Flip and cook for another 2-4 minutes until desired doneness. Use a probe meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. 130-140ºF: Medium Rare140-150ºF: Medium150-160ºF: Medium Well160-170ºF: Well Done
