gluten free spaghetti

I am so excited to share this Instant Pot spaghetti because the recipe comes from my mother in law who has been making it for over 30 years. It is so quick to make and is also a great family friendly recipe. The kiddos will love it too!

BEST Instant Pot Spaghetti

lb. hamburger

tomato juice

tomato sauce

tomatoes

T chili powder

T oregano

T parsley

onion

garlic salt

salt

black pepper

cornstarch

spaghetti (I recommend Jovial brand gluten-free)

Using the saute setting on your Instant Pot, cook ground beef with onion until the meat is no longer pink

Crumble meat and sprinkle with cornstarch

Once cooked, break the noodles in half and place them on top of the meat

Next, place all remaining ingredients in the pot

Also add another 3 C water

Seal the Instant Pot and set it to manual mode, cook on high pressure for 8 minutes

When the time is up, use manual quick release to open the Instant Pot

Stir spaghetti and serve hot with fresh parmesan and basil

Chili Cheese Stuffed Spaghetti Squash

spaghetti squash (halved lengthwise)

Blount’s Family Kitchen Plant-Based Chili

vegan cheese

green onion (chopped - for garnish (optional))

cilantro (minced - for garnish (optional))

sour cream (for garnish (optional))

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Remove the seeds from the spaghetti squash and place both pieces face-down on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 50 minutes, or until it’s tender (you should be able to scrape the sides with a fork easily). Fluff the spaghetti squash with a fork.

Cook the Blount’s Family Kitchen Plant-Based Chili according to the package instructions, stirring vegan cheese in halfway through. Add to the top of the roasted spaghetti squash.

Garnish with green onion, avocado, cilantro, and vegan sour cream, if using.
