lb. Red and green seedless grapes

cream cheese,

sour cream

Kosher salt

c. toasted pecans

I love this recipe! It was a hit for a last-minute Thanksgiving potluck dish. However, 3 tablespoons of brown sugar was a little overwhelming for me. I think I’ll try only 2 tbsp next time.

This grape salad is a must side dish for all of your summer events. It is sweet and has bits of yumminess and just taste of summer.

LBS Red Grapes-Approximately 8-9 cups (Cleaned and dry)

oz cream cheese (Room Temp)

vanilla yogurt (Chill knocked off)

lemon juice

sugar

Pineapple tidbits

pecans (chopped)

Wash all of the grades and allow them to dry completely

In a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer whip together the cream cheese, vanilla yogurt , lemon juice and sugar. Mix well until it is nice and smooth.

Add the grapes and carefully coat them with the cream cheese mixture

Fold in diced pineapples and pecans

Cover and chill for a few hours

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add  Greek yogurt and mix together until smooth. Add 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla. Mix. (See notes about omitting sugar)

Fold grapes into the creamy mixture.

Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, or overnight.

Just before serving sprinkle top of the salad with brown sugar and walnuts. (See notes about omitting sugar.

Wash and dry grapes, set aside.

In a big bowl mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Then add sugar, 1/3 cup pecans, and vanilla.

Gently stir in 1/8 cup brown sugar.

Add the grapes and stir gently until mixed in well.

Sprinkle with remaining pecans and brown sugar.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Rinse grapes and pat to dry. In a large mixing bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, white sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer or hand mixer. You can use a mixer or mix by hand with a spatula. Add the grapes to the cream cheese mixture and stir thoroughly to coat. Transfer to a serving bowl.

Sprinkle brown sugar over the grape mixture. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Right before serving sprinkle nuts on top.

Tip: For a healthier version you can substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream. Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container.

U Forgot to mention the grapes need to be DRY! WASH night before leave in colander in frig overnight.

 I’m in my mid-50’s and had never eaten this salad. But at a recent visit to The Chicken Salad Chick, I chose this as a side dish and fell in love!
 So, I found this recipe on this site and made it at home so I could have as much as I  wanted, when I wanted!
 I like this recipe better! It has more toppings!

I don't make many desserts but I had Grape Salad my mom used to make and I thought my husband and I would love this.  He's diabetic but I use sugar substitute for any required sugar.

Vegan Broccoli Salad made with a delicious blend of broccoli, red grapes, toasted slivered almonds and a tangy, creamy dressing. It&#39;s perfectly crunchy, creamy, sweet, and savory and great for making ahead!

Vegan Broccoli Salad

(55 grams) slivered or flaked almonds (,

broccoli

(about 340 grams) red grapes

(150 grams) vegan mayonnaise (, see the FAQs

Dijon mustard

white wine vinegar (, or apple cider vinegar)

garlic (, finely grated/minced)

black pepper (, see recipe notes)

maple syrup (or 2 teaspoons white/cane sugar. (See recipe notes))

Warm a small pan over a medium heat and add the slivered almonds. Keep them moving around the pan for a 2 to 3 minutes until they smell really nutty and toasty and are turning golden. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Cut the broccoli into bite sized florets. Cut the stalks into thin matchsticks too if you don&#039;t want to waste them. Wash thoroughly and shake dry or use a salad spinner. Put in a large salad bowl.

Wash the grapes, dry them well and cut them all in half.

In a small bowl mix up the dressing ingredients until well combined and smooth.

Toss the dressing through the broccoli making sure to coat it all very well, then add the grapes and stir them through gently. Adding the grapes after the broccoli has been coated helps to keep them looking good and stop them from getting squashed.

Leave the salad to sit for at least 30 minutes so the broccoli can tenderize a little in the acidic dressing and so the flavors meld together.

Sprinkle over the toasted almonds just before serving.
