Creamy, rich tasting and perfectly sweet (minus the carbs), this keto breakfast parfait is an incredibly quick and simple recipe you can add to your meal prep rotation. 

Fully Loaded Keto Breakfast Parfait

greek yogurt, whole milk

heavy whipping cream

almond butter

vanilla extract

berries (raspberries and blueberries)

pecans, sliced

coconut flakes

mint leaves, picked,

Step One: Portion the Greek Yogurt, Heavy Cream and Nut Butter

Grab four separate containers of your choice and line them up in a prep area. In a bowl mix the Greek yogurt and heavy cream until fully incorporated. Portion 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt mix in each container and press down with a spatula, flattening the surface of the yogurt. Next, add 1.5 tablespoons of almond butter (or nut butter of choice), in the middle as a dollop, or vertically across the container. You are about to make an Instagram worthy keto breakfast parfait. 

Step Two: Portion Remaining Ingredients

Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to each container, 1/8 cup of your preferred choice of berry mix (I love raspberries and blueberries) around the container.Top with 1/4 teaspoon of coconut flakes, 1 tablespoon of sliced pecans, and finish with 1/4 teaspoon of coconut flakes. Garnish by gently sprinkling cacao powder on top of the parfait and by adding fresh picked mint leaves.

This Greek yogurt berry parfait is loaded with blueberries, strawberries, honey vanilla Greek yogurt, and crunchy granola.&nbsp;

Rinse and pat dry the blueberries and strawberries. Cut the strawberries into pieces.

Layer yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, and granola in a glass cup or mason jar. You can layer as much of each ingredient as you please. It&#39;s really a personal preference. This is how I layer it: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup granola.

This Fruit and Yogurt Parfait recipe is made by layering yogurt with granola and fruit. It is quick and easy to put together. It also stores well so it is a great breakfast recipe to make it a part of your weekly meal prep.

If using a sweetener, mix it with greek yogurt in a small bowl until fully combined.

To layer the yogurt parfait, place half of the yogurt at the bottom of a mason jar or a bowl. Top it off with half of the fruit and half of the granola. Cover them with the rest of the yogurt and top it off with the rest of the fruit and granola.

If preferred, finish it off with a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.

Healthy Apple Crisp Yogurt Parfaits

(5.3 oz) container Greek-style plain or vanilla yogurt

apple, diced

pecans

Cinnamon,

Place diced apple in a microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon, cover, and microwave on high until apple reaches desired softness (approximately 1-2 minutes). Allow apple to cool for a few minutes before assembling the parfait.

Sprinkle yogurt with a small amount of cinnamon and stir to combine.

Place half of the yogurt in the bottom of a glass or bowl. Top with half of the cooked apple, 1 tablespoon of granola, and 1 tablespoon of pecans. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
