Grilled Portobello Burgers are delicious, meaty and savory marinated portobello mushrooms, grilled to perfection and stacked in a soft toasted bun!  Quick and easy to grill, these mushrooms are so impressive and will become a new family favorite!

Grilled Portobello Burgers

Olive oil

Tablespoon Melted Butter

Garlic Cloves minced

balsamic vinegar

soy sauce

Tablespoon honey

salt and pepper

portobello mushroom

hamburger buns

cheese

arugula

tomato

red onion

mayonnaise

In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, butter, garlic, soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper.

Prepare portobello mushrooms by gently removing stem from the mushrooms. Using a spoon scrape out the gills. Set the mushrooms in a 9x13 inch pan. Add the marinade and soak for 10 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Place the mushrooms on the grilled grill each side for 5 minutes.  Remove from grill and put on a bun with favorite toppings.

Is there anything more American than a hamburger? Our classic recipe keeps things simple, because the less you handle your ground beef, the more tender the burger. Feel free to flavor them as you like, or stick to classic salt and pepper.

Here's How To Make The Perfect Burger

The smokey adobo flavors in the beef and creamy sauce take this chipotle burger up a few notches.  It&#39;s a great summer recipe.

Chipotle Burger

lb Ground beef (80/20 blend)

tbsp Dad's all purpose seasoning

Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Burger buns

Tomato

Avocado

Lettuce leaves

Mayo

Adobo sauce from the chipotle peppers

Lime

In a mixing bowl, add ground beef, Dad&#39;s All Purpose rub and chopped up chipotle peppers from the adobo sauce can.  Mix it all together and scoop out 1/4 lb. balls. Form the patties using a burger press or by hand to 1/2 inch thickness. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

For the adobo sauce, in a mixing bowl, add mayo, the adobo sauce from the chipotle peppers, freshly squeezed lime juice and a dash of Dad&#39;s All Purpose rub. Mix the ingredients together and set aside.

Preheat the grill to 400 degrees and set for direct heat. Keep the patties on the grill for about 8 minutes flipping them half way through.

Before removing the chipotle burger patties off the grill, add a slice of pepper jack cheese to each and let it melt over the beef.

Remove the patties off the grill at 135 degrees internal temperature.  Let them rest for 10 minutes before assembling the burger.  

To assemble, toast the burger buns, add some crunchy lettuce, tomato and avocado slices and top it off with the creamy adobo sauce.

This cheese stuffed burger is sometimes call a &quot;Juicy Lucy,&quot; but you are going to call it delicious!

Preheat your grill to high heat while you form the patties. You’re aiming for about 400-425 F.

In a mixing bowl, gently combine all the shredded cheese together.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, garlic powder, pepper, and onion powder.

Divide in 6 pieces and form into patties slightly larger than the buns you are using. Make 3 of the patties with a slight lip on the edges, while the other 3 are just flat patties.

Place about 6 tablespoons of shredded cheese onto each patty with a slight lip. Place the top patty on top of the cheese and gently seal the 2 patties together by pinching them together so there are no gaps.

Turn one side of your grill to low and place the patties on that side of the grill to cook.

Close the lid and cook for 6-8 minutes, flip and cook an additional 6-8 minutes with the lid closed until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness. Medium-well is about 150 F.

Remove from the grill and let the patties rest for 4-5 minutes before serving.

Toast your buns on the grill while the burgers are resting.

Assemble your desired condiments and toppings on your bun with the patty and serve.
