In a medium bowl, add ground chicken, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, onions, parsley, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Use your hands to combine all the ingredients together until blended, but don’t over mix.

Form the mixture into 4-6 equal patties. Press down in the middle of each patty with your thumb to ensure even cooking of the chicken burgers.

Cook the chicken burgers on the preheated grill until the internal temperature is 165F, about 10 minutes total, flipping halfway through.

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, dill, basil, red onion, feta cheese, garlic, red pepper flakes, Italian bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.

Divide the burger mixture into four portions and shape each portion into a patty. Place the patties on a plate or parchment-lined sheet pan and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This helps the burgers hold their shape while grilling.

Preheat a non-stick grill pan over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, brush the grill grates with olive oil using a silicone basting brush.

Place the patties on the grill and cover with a lid. Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Mix seasonings together. Lightly coat chicken breast halves in oil and sprinkle seasonings all over both sides of the chicken.

Prepare, clean and lightly oil grill grates. Turn grill to medium-high heat.

Once hot, cook chicken for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Be careful not to overcook and remember that the chicken will continue to cook a little even after it&#x27;s removed from the grill.

Cover with tinfoil to rest while you prepare the burger toppings. Mash the avocado in a bowl and sprinkle with a little lemon juice, if desired, to keep it from browning.
