Golden Milk Mango Smoothie

(140 g) frozen mango

non-dairy milk* (store-bought

coconut yogurt

1/2″ piece of ginger, peeled

turmeric

cinnamon

cardamom (optional)

black pepper

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.

This smoothie is amazing???? and healthy. I don't use any sweetener and it is still delicious. I used oat milk instead of the almond milk I had been using and it made it 10x better. I made it without cardamom one time and I would definitely not leave this spice out. It is now my favorite breakfast drink! Thanks for sharing

Thanks for your suggestion. These ingredients perfect combine become a tasty smoothie. I like its colour like its name golden milk mango smoothie. Fresh ginger makes me warm. Really plein of vitamin drinking. Let's try, it's both sour and sweet, so amazing!

An amount of cinnamon makes this smoothie more attractive. Both ginger and cinnamon warm me up. I really enjoy golden milk mango smoothie, but I don't use frozen mango, I like to use fresh mango because frozen mango is broken structure become so soft, I like feeling of sound when eat fresh mango in the smoothie.

I just made this for myself, my boyfriend, and my sister. They all loved it!!

Healthy Mango Smoothie Recipe

lite coconut milk ((one 13.6 oz can))

vanilla Greek yogurt

banana (frozen)

mango (frozen)

TBS honey

½ tsp pure vanilla extract

Place ingredients in order listed into the container of a Vitamix blender (or another high-powered blender).

Blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high, using the tamper to push the ingredients into the blades.

Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until the ingredients are blended and the mixture is smooth but thick.

Serve immediately!
