This <strong>Healthy Peanut Butter &amp; Jelly Oatmeal Recipe</strong> is high in protein and fiber, and it's made in less than 10 minutes! This easy oatmeal recipe makes the perfect healthy breakfast!

Healthy Peanut Butter & Jelly Oatmeal Recipe

gluten free regular oats

vanilla almond milk

flax seed

cinnamon

banana, mashed

peanut butter

raspberry jelly

To a small saucepan add oats, 1/3 cup of almond milk, cinnamon and mashed banana.

Turn heat to medium low and stir the mixture constantly for 3-5 minutes. The oats will start to thicken and the milk will evaporate. Once the milk is evaporated, add 1 tablespoon of almond milk and stir until that evaporates.

Remove oats from the stove, pour into a bowl and top with peanut butter and jelly.

I would love this for breakfast every day! Great way to jazz up oats!

This Strawberries and Cream Oatmeal is hearty and satisfying, plus it's made with only 5 ingredients! A wholesome dairy-free and sugar-free breakfast.

Strawberries and Cream Oatmeal

Non-Dairy Milk*

oz (about 3 cups) Fresh or Frozen Strawberries, divided

Quick

tsp Vanilla Extract

tbsp Maple Syrup,

Salt

Cut the tops off of half of the Strawberries and place them in a blender with the Non-Dairy Milk. Blend until smooth and creamy, around 15-20 seconds. Dice the remaining Strawberries and set aside.

Add the Oats to a large pot with the Strawberry “Milk”, Vanilla, Maple Syrup, and a pinch of Salt. Bring to a simmer over Medium heat; once the mixture starts to bubble, stir the remaining Strawberries into the Oatmeal (but save a few to put on top!) Let simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until your desired thickness is reached. Stir frequently &#8211; this helps to make everything more creamy!

Transfer the Oatmeal to serving bowls and top as desired. Leftovers will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.

I made this and was surprised how good it was! I was a little bit skeptical of an oatmeal recipe because oatmeal is oatmeal, but it was different and tasty.

This was a huge hit with my family... especially my husband who usually stays clear of anything remotely healthy. Thanks for the delicious and healthy recipe!???? Quick question... Would this taste just as great if you replaced the strawberries with blueberries?

I used steel-cut oats, coconut cream milk from a can, and topped with hemp hearts. I omitted the maple syrup, only because I’m on a parasite cleanse, so I’m keeping sweets to a minimum. However, the coconut cream milk adds just the perfect hint of sweetness! So yummy. Thank you!!

I just made this and loved it!! The secret really was the strawberry milk, its creaminess and deep flavour was soooo good! This will be a must every time I buy strawberries, for sure, thank you very much!

Im eating this rn and its so good!! I also added a couple spoonfuls of vanilla greek yogurt when it was just about done to make it more thick and creamy, delicious!!

OH WOW, I did not think this was going to work (I said to myself, "Am I really here cooking oatmeal in a strawberry milkshake?"), but it did! I used frozen strawberries and quick-cooking steel-cut oats and added a banana, as well as 1/2 tsp of heavy whipping cream toward the end for that extra berries-and-cream flavor. Thanks!

This was delicious! I made breakfast for dinner and amped up the sugar a bit with a couple scoops of strawberry quick powder :) My kids wolfed it down and I have enough for breakfast in the morning. Delicious and simple! I halved the recipe, a serving this AM and one for tomorrow :) I don't have any fresh strawberries, but used frozen and blended all of them with the milk. I added chia seeds while cooking, because I prefer the texture of the combination of chia seeds and oats. I topped the bowl with coconut and half a banana. I will definitely make this again when I have fresh strawberries!

Caramelized banana and fig oatmeal made quickly and easily with fig preserves and sweet caramelized banana slices. Topped with coconut!

Slice the bananas and combine them with the butter and sugar in a small saucepan. Stir it all for a few minutes over medium high heat.

Arrange the bananas on the oatmeal, drizzling the extra caramel sauce on the oatmeal. Stir the fig preserves with a few drops of water until it becomes thin enough to drizzle. Sprinkle coconut on top for looks!
