A healthier version of the classic Bomb Pops. These are made with fresh fruit and whole ingredients. They&#039;re creamy and delicious!

Bomb Pops Popsicle Recipe

vanilla yogurt

Start with the white layer and blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Pour into a bowl or container with a spout and store in the refrigerator.

Wash the blender and make the red layer blening until smooth.

Pour into a container with a spout.

Lastly, make the blue layer blending until smooth.

Next, pour the red layer in first, then freeze for 20 minutes.

Continue adding layers and freezing between each layer, before adding another layer over the top.

Add the popsicle stick in when you get 1/2 through the mold.

Once the mold is full freeze over night.

To remove the popsicles, run the mold under warm water until it easily releases.

These Mango Pineapple Popsicles are the perfect healthy summertime treat. Both kids and adults love these healthy popsicles. This recipe is naturally vegan, dairy-free, with no added sugars.

Combine the defrosted or fresh mango chunks, banana, and frozen pineapple in the pitcher of a high-speed blender. If you&#8217;re using frozen mango that you have defrosted, there should be a little bit of liquid that you need to use too. If you are using fresh mango, you&#8217;ll need to use a blender that has a tamper to help push the ingredients into the blade (or add a few tablespoons of water or milk).

Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until frozen solid.

To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for about 15 seconds. Then, carefully remove the popsicle from the mold.

Let the popsicles sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before you remove them from the mold. It also helps to carefully run some room temperature water around the outside of the mold, to soften the outermost layer of the popsicle. Leftovers will keep in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to one month

3 Ingredient Blueberry Yogurt Swirl Popsicles

(280 grams) blueberries*

Tablespoons agave

vanilla Greek yogurt (or any flavor)

Blend the blueberries in a food processor or blender on high speed until nearly liquified into a smoothie-like consistency. See above for a photo.

Pour the thick blueberry liquid into a large bowl. Stir in the agave/honey. Add the yogurt and very gently mix everything together. If you want a tie-dye, swirly look to your popsicles—do not fully blend the yogurt and blueberries. You want those patches of white and blue. The mixture will be thick. Taste it. If you want it sweeter, you can add a little more agave/honey.

Pour mixture evenly into each popsicle mold. If your popsicle mold has slots for sticks, you can insert them before freezing—if not, freeze for 2 hours, then put a wooden popsicle stick in the middle (that is what I did). Continue to freeze for an additional 4-6 hours or overnight.

Run popsicle molds under warm water to easily remove. Eat on a hot day. Enjoy!

Make these fresh, healthy, two-toned, no added sugar fruit and vegetable popsicles, filled with berries and greens, in just 15 minutes.

Fruit and Veggie Popsicles (Vegan, Gluten-Free)

mixed berries (i.e., blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)

plant-based milk, unsweetened, plain

packed, chopped greens (i.e., chard, spinach, kale)

bananas, ripe, peeled

½ cup plant-based milk, unsweetened

Make the berry layer first by placing frozen berries and 1 cup plant-based milk in the container of a small blender and pureeing until very smooth. Set aside.

Make the green layer next by placing greens, peeled orange, banana, and ½ cup plant-based milk in the container of a small blender and pureeing until very smooth. Set aside.

Divide berry layer into 10 portions to pour into a popsicle freezer mold, filling each well about 2/3 full. Pour the remaining green layer on top of the berry layer gently—do not stir together. Add popsicle sticks and lid. Freeze for about 3-4 hours until firm.

Makes 10 popsicles. Stores up to 3 months in freezer.
