I was so hungry for cilantro lime shrimp and came across this recipe, and am so glad that I did. This was everything I expected it to be. All the flavors work so well together. A keeper for sure.

They are really good, I didn’t have cabbage or avocado so I substituted for arugula, and spinach. I also added some cucumber, and like someone else in the comments, I added a bit of agave maple syrup and red pepper flakes to the slaw. The tortilla is from Trader Joe’s - it is delicious! The sauce is at the bottom - mayo, siracha, lime zest, garlic powder, and a dash of mustard- delish!

I used half of the lime juice because they were a bit too sour for me, otherwise they were delicious . I make them every week for taco Tuesday. :))

We have made this a few times and I will often use a premade shrimp marinade mix and whip up the slaw and the sauce to complete the meal. I use chipotle tobasco for my hot sauce and this yields a really nice smoky and complex flavor. Winco roasted corn veggie mix is a great compliment as a side. I could eat this 2 times a week and maybe never get bored of it. It's a great recipe to try and I enjoy mixing it up a bit.

We also really like the whole wheat mission carb balance street taco tortillas for this meal. The size is perfect and the guilt is minimal!

These were so good!  I have never had shrimp tacos before, delicious!  I didn’t have any mayonnaise so I used Mexican Sour Cream instead and a sprinkle of Queso Fresco.

These were so good/flavorful! We let the shrimp marinate ~45-60 min. then threw them on the grill. We added cheese and sour cream (with a side of Patron margaritas!) Too good!

Fabulous! Quick and easy to make and delicious! I thought I would miss cheese but these are perfect as is!

Loved this recipe! I did have to tweak the slaw because it was a bit tart for us. I added a tablespoon of honey and a half tablespoon of fresh orange juice.

These were great! I subbed in some sliced mango for the avocado, and added some minced fresh jalapeño. Really tasty and full of flavor. My husband loved them.  First time I tried toasting the corn tortillas directly on burner. Game changer!! Never again will I steam in microwave.

I doubled the slaw recipe since I like a lot of veggies in my tacos. I added a fresh mango (cut in cubes) to the slaw, honey, red chili flakes, and pepper. I also added lime juice (not just the zest) to the mayo sauce. Yummy!

This was absolutely delicious and will now be a staple recipe in my household! Thank you for sharing! Ps I don’t like slaw so I just added Mexican squash to the shrimp instead!

We personally prefered the recipe with half lime, otherwise so delicious. Tested many times with friends, it’s unanimous.

Cilantro-Lime Shrimp Tacos | Delish + Duke's Mayo

This easy Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp is just as crispy as you expect, but without the deep frying! A healthy side or dinner with a gluten free option!

Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp

Large

Tbsp White whole wheat flour

Tbsp Panko

Tbsp Unsweetened coconut flakes

Salt

Thai sweet chili sauce, (for dipping)

Remove the shell from the shrimp, leaving the tail on and pat the shrimp dry gently with a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt.

Place the flour in a shallow, rimmed plate. Place the egg in a small bowl and mix the panko and coconut together in a separate shallow, rimmed plate.

Hold the tail of the shrimp and dredge in the flour. Then, dip into the egg, shaking off any excess. Finally, dip the shrimp in the panko mixture, coating well and place into the mesh basket of your air fryer. Repeat with all the shrimp, leaving a little room between the shrimp in the basket. Season again generously with salt.

Spray the tops with avocado oil spray and cook at 400 degrees for 3 minutes. Flip the shrimp and cook another 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.

Dip into sauce and DEVOUR!

Inspired by Marry Me Chicken, this 30-minute dish combines juicy shrimp, pasta, and creamy sun-dried tomato sauce for bold, satisfying flavors. Perfect for any occasion, it&#x27;s a crowd-pleaser not to be missed!

Marry Me Shrimp Pasta

rigatoni

unsalted butter

shrimp

salt (divided)

tsp black pepper (divided)

tsp sweet paprika

garlic

tomatoes

Italian seasoning

chicken broth

heavy cream

tbsp tomato paste

lemon juice

basil leaves

Get your prep done before you start to cook. Peel en devein the shrimp. In a bowl, combine shrimp with paprika,  garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Set aside.

Mince the garlic, grate the Parmesan, chop the sun-dried tomatoes and chop the basil leaves.

Boil the rigatoni al dente in salted water, according to the package directions. Drain, when ready.

In the meantime, heat oil and butter over medium high in a large skillet. Place shrimp in a single layer, and sear for 1 minute per side. Remove from skillet into a clean bowl.

Add garlic, sauté for 1 minute over medium low. Then add the sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and the remaining salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more. Add flour, stir until incorporated. Deglaze with chicken broth, simmer for 2 minutes while scraping up the brown bits on the bottom of your skillet with a wooden spoon.

Pour in cream and stir in tomato paste, bring to a boil. Allow the sauce to simmer for 3 minutes or until the pasta finishes cooking. Next, add lemon juice and basil. Finally stir in Parmesan.

serving

Toss with pasta and shrimp. Finish off with chili flakes. Enjoy!

Couple of adjustments that I made; don’t use the flour, add pasta water instead. Pasta water already has starch in it, which acts as a thickener. Also, instead of using all the broth, use part of it and sub white wine. It added a lovely addition to the taste! I used calamarata (or pacchiere, it’s also called)  pasta.

I struggle to make recipes come to life in my kitchen but this recipe was detailed and user friendly. It is the tastiest dish I have made from any recipe outside of my family and I will definitely be remaking it. It has made me hopeful to explore other recipes on the site.

Amazing. Only differences were that I used fire roasted tomatoes instead and added a little sugar to the sauce at the end. Restaurant quality for sure.

I made this with a few substitutions since I am gluten and dairy free, it turned out delicious! I will say next time I am buying my shrimp already cleaned 😛 it took so long!! Other than the prep this was a huge hit, thank you so much for sharing the recipe!
