Chocolate Protein Spread

Reduced Sodium)

Tablespoons Cocoa Powder (15 grams)

¼ Cup Milk Substitute (or Milk (2 Ounces))

Scoops Protein Powder (90 grams Chocolate)

Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Chocolate Syrup (19.5 grams)

Drain and rinse your Black Beans

Add all of your ingredients into a really powerful blender or food processor

Blend or process everything together until it’s creamy

Store your spread in some mason jars

15.5 Ounces (439g) Reduced Sodium Black Beans
3 Tablespoons (15g) Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup (2 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
3 Scoops (90g) Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup (20g) Rolled Oats (or Coconut Flour)
1 Tablespoon (19.5g) Chocolate Syrup

Calories in the WHOLE recipe:

Calories: 902
Fat: 6g
Saturated Fat: 0g
Sodium: 804mg
Carbs: 104g
Fiber: 37g
Sugar: 18g
Protein: 108g

Tips: Store it in the fridge and it’ll last around 7-10 days!

Use your spread on crackers, fresh fruit, in a sandwich with some peanut butter, or anything else you can think of!

Healthy Chocolate PROTEIN Spread Recipe

A quick and healthy grape-chia jelly made with just two ingredients. Perfect for spreading on toast, stirring into yogurt, or enjoying by the spoonful!

Quick Grape-Chia Jelly

Heat the Juice

Pour 1 cup of grape juice into a saucepan and heat on medium until it’s warm but not boiling.

Incorporate Chia Seeds

Stir in 4 tablespoons of chia seeds and mix thoroughly.

Simmer to Thicken

Reduce the heat and simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. If it’s not thickening enough, add 1–2 tablespoons of chia seeds and continue simmering for another 5–10 minutes.

Cool and Gel

Remove from the heat and let the jelly cool completely. It will thicken further as it cools.

Store

Spoon the jelly into a clean jar and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
