Snickerdoodle Fudge has only 5 ingredients and requires no baking!  It&#x27;s so easy to make and the taste is out of this world!

Snickerdoodle Fudge

chocolate

can sweetened condensed milk

cinnamon (divided)

tsp vanilla extract

sugar

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the white chocolate with the condensed milk, stirring frequently.  Once melted, stir in 1 tsp of cinnamon and then the vanilla.

Meanwhile, place a square piece of parchment over an 8&quot;x 8&quot; baking pan.

Pour the melted fudge into the pan.

Mix together the sugar with the remaining tsp of cinnamon and sprinkle over the top of the fudge.

Refrigerate until firm and completely set, about 2 hours.

Remove from the fridge and lift the fudge from the pan by grabbing the sides of the parchment paper.

Cut into squares.  Store in airtight container.  Enjoy!

How to Prepare Snickerdoodle Fudge

Cranberry Brie Puff Pastry Pinwheels – Sweet and buttery puff pastry rolled up with brie cheese, cranberries, nuts, and a drizzle of honey, and baked to perfectly flaky pinwheels. 

Cranberry Brie Puff Pastry Pinwheels

puff pastry, (thawed)

butter, (melted, divided)

Brie cheese, (rind mostly removed and cheese diced)

cranberries, (chopped)

walnuts

honey

powdered sugar, (for dusting (optional))

Preheat oven to 375˚F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Unroll the puff pastry on a clean work surface and brush with about a tablespoon of melted butter.

Add the diced brie, cranberries, and nuts evenly over the pastry.

Drizzle honey over cheese, cranberries, and nuts.

Starting at the long end, roll the pastry up as tightly as possible.

Brush the roll with remaining melted butter.

Using a sharp knife, cut into 12 pinwheels.

Transfer pinwheels to previously prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pastry is golden.

Remove from oven and let stand couple minutes.

Transfer to a serving plate.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.

Easter Chocolate Lasagna is a fun and easy no-bake dessert recipe that kids will LOVE! It's made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, chocolate pudding and Cool Whip and garnished with Peeps and Easter egg candies.

Easter Chocolate Lasagna

Oreo cookies

unsalted butter-melted

unsalted butter-softened

oz cream cheese-softened

vanilla

Cool Whip

milk

½ cups crushed Oreo

Peeps bunnies, Easter egg candies…

In a food processor finely crushed Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. If you don’t have food processor, place Oreo cookies into ziplock bag and crush the cookies with a rolling pin.

Using a fork mix crushed Oreo with melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of 9 x 13 inches dish. Place in the fridge to firm.

Beat cream cheese, softened butter, sugar and vanilla until it’s light and creamy. Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread the mixture over the crust and place in the fridge.

In a medium bowl mix chocolate instant pudding with 2 and 3/4 cups cold milk. Whisk for a few minutes until the pudding starts thickening. Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Spread 2 cups Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with crushed Oreo. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

Garnish with Peeps and Easter egg candies.

Sry disappointed in the chocolate lasagna. The cream cheese filling is not light enough to spread over the layer of Oreo.  The oreo crumbles mix in with the spread and it is a complete mess. I will delete this pin for sure.

Love this recipe. Thank you. I made this on Saturday for my family.  It was so delicious. Everyone loved it. I did make my own homemade chocolate pudding though.
