This scrumptiously moist banana loaf is super easy and quick to prep, making it one of our favorite sweet bread recipes. This is the best banana bread recipe for a quick breakfast or light, sweet snack!

Easy Banana Bread Recipe

all purpose flour

baking soda

sugar

salt

bananas

eggs (room temperature)

vanilla

safflower oil

Greek yogurt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease well 9&#215;5 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, sugar and salt.

In a medium bowl mix together mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla, oil and Greek yogurt.  Now add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir just until combined.

Pour into the prepared loaf pan.  Bake in the center of the oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.

Cool for 15 minutes before inverting.  Place on a wire rack to cool.  Cool completely before slicing.

Delicious! I had ripe bananas on my counter, and this was the perfect way to use them!

Check Doneness &amp; Chill Banana Bread: Unwrap the cake pan, then measure the temperature. *Note: Banana bread’s core should be 195°F - 210°F. If it&#x27;s under 190°F, place banana bread back in the Instant Pot and pressure cook at High Pressure for an additional 5 - 10 minutes.Place the cake pan on a cooling rack for 45 minutes to 1 hour before serving.

Preheat oven to 350F and grease a loaf pan with softend butter.

Combine the Flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl then whisk together and set aside.

Cream the butter then add the brown sugar and mix in high until well combined and lighter in color, about 3 minutes.

Mix in the eggs one at a time then beat in the vanilla extract. Mix the mashed bananas in then add the dry ingredients and fold together until just combined.

Transfer batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake at 350F for about 50-60 minutes or until a skewer comes out of the center clean.

Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8½ x 4½-inch medium loaf pan with parchment paper, covering all four sides of the pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, arrowroot powder, baking soda and salt.

Using a blender or food processor, pulse together bananas, peanut butter, honey, eggs, coconut milk, and coconut oil until creamy.

Pour wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and using a rubber spatula, gently mix to combine. Do not over mix.

Fold in dark chocolate into the batter.

Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and top it with additional dark chocolate chunks if desired.

Bake at 350°F until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, approximately 45-50 minutes.

Easy Banana Bread

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. 

Mash the bananas in a blender, mixing bowl with mixer or with potato masher. Be sure to actually measure the mashed banana, you want about 1 &amp; 1/3 to 1 &amp; 1/2 cups mashed banana. This might be 3 large bananas or 4-5 small bananas. 

In a mixing bowl combine the mashed bananas, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Stir to combine with a spatula or mixer on low.

Add in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, stir together with a spatula or mix on low, just until combined.

Spray a loaf pan (either 9x5 or 8.5x4.5) with non-stick cooking spray. Transfer the batter to the pan and spread even with a spatula. 

Place in the center of the oven and bake for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes check to see if the bread is browning too much. If so, tent the bread with aluminum foil and bake for 10-20 more minutes. **If you didn’t tent at 45 minutes, check again at 55 minutes, then tent, and bake for 10 additional minutes  or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 

The total suggested bake time for a 8.5x4.5 inch pan is 55-65 minutes and 9x5 inch pan is 45-60 minutes. Be sure to know what size your pan is.
