Easy and Delicious Homemade Sambal Oelek Chili Paste

lb Thai chili peppers chili peppers

tbsp Rice vinegar (or distilled vinegar)

Shallots (chopped)

tsp Garlic (chopped)

tsp Ginger (chopped)

Salt

Lime juice

Brown sugar

If you find the paste too spicy, you can add a little sugar and lime juice to balance out the heat.
