Savoury mince rolls

frozen ready-rolled puff pastry, partially thawed

quantity (3 cups) Savoury mince (see related recipe)

egg, beaten

Air Fryer Sausage Rolls. How to make delicious air fryer sausage rolls. Both sausage rolls from frozen and sausage rolls made with my homemade pastry. Loaded into the air fryer and perfect for parties, picnics, brunch and so much more.

Air Fryer Sausage Rolls

Air Fryer

150 g Air Fryer Pie Crust

450 g Sausage Meat

Tsp Oregano

Salt & Pepper

Egg Wash (optional)

Start by making your pie crust. Add mixed herbs into the crust to give it a better flavour. Roll out onto a clean worktop or onto a chopping board.

Roll

Roll out your pastry and add a long layer of sausage meat. Egg wash the sides and then roll it up and smother in egg wash. Trim any loose ends.

Place

Place your sausage roll in the air fryer.

Cook.

Air fry for 10 minutes at 200c/400f and serve.

Make your own flakey sausage rolls with this low fat recipe that uses chicken and pork mince rather than preservative-laden sausage mince. This recipe is great for children’s birthday parties or to take on a picnic – adults usually love them as much as the kids.
