These skinless teriyaki chicken drumsticks sweet and sticky, and so delicious! Cooked in a skillet with honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger until the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens. You won't miss the skin!

Honey Teriyaki Drumsticks

soy sauce (or gluten free)

tbsp rice wine

tbsp honey

garlic (minced)

ginger

sriracha (optional)

drumsticks (28 oz, skin removed)

sesame seeds

scallions

Combine soy sauce, rice wine, honey, garlic, ginger and sriracha in a skillet and cook medium-low, stirring for about 2 minutes.

Add the chicken and cook 5 minutes, covered. Turn chicken, cover and cook 20 minutes over medium-low. Turn again, cover and cook 15 minutes, until the chicken is very tender. Remove the cover, if the sauce isn't thick simmer uncovered until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.

Finish with scallions and sesame seeds.

Use saute button, when hot add soy sauce, rice wine, honey, garlic, ginger and sriracha and cook 2 minutes, stirring. Add the chicken, cover and lock the lid. Cook on high pressure 15 to 20 minutes until the chicken is tender.

When pressure releases, finish with scallions and sesame seeds.

½ lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenders

Teriyaki Sauce

tbsp Soy Sauce (low sodium, if desired)

tbsp Minced Garlic

tbsp Sesame Seeds

Chop the boneless, skinless chicken into one inch pieces. I think it looks prettier when you vary the shapes between rectangular chunks and triangles. It just gives it a more &quot;restaurant&quot; look.

Transfer chicken into a large bowl. Add the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Massage into the chicken.

Transfer the chicken (liquid and all) into an oiled and heated pan over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, for about five minutes.

Crank the heat up to high, stirring occasionally. Cook until sauce has reduced. This process can take between 10 and 15 minutes. When the sauce thickens up and starts sticking to the chicken, add sesame seeds. Stir.

Remove from heat. Let sit for five minutes before serving.

Pour the reserved liquid from the crock pot into a small sauce pot and heat to a rolling boil. Mix together the water and corn starch; stir it into the sauce and cook until thick. Add the chicken to the pot, and top with sesame seeds and green onions.

Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray and place the chicken breasts in the bottom. In a small bowl whisk the soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, onion, garlic, pepper and ginger. Pour over the chicken breasts.

Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 4-5 or until chicken is cooked throughout and shreds easily. Once the chicken is cooked, remove with a slotted spoon and shred on a plate.

Pour the sauce into a medium sauce pan. In a small bowl, whisk together the water and cornstarch. Slowly whisk into the sauce on medium high heat. Continue to whisk and let it boil until the honey teriyaki sauce starts to thicken. About 2 minutes.

Add the chicken back to the slow cooker and pour the sauce on top stirring to coat. Serve over rice and garnish if desired.
