These air fryer roasted cashews are super easy to make and so addictive. They make perfect party snack, holiday gift or hostess gift. Great for Holiday season.

Easy Air Fryer Roasted Cashews Recipe

Raw Cashews

tsp Chaat Masala (or Seasoning of your choice)

tbsp Ghee (or Cooking Oil)

Gather Ingredients. Melt Ghee  in microwave. 

Add RAW CASHEWS to a Mixing Bowl. Pour Ghee or Cooking Oil on top. Mix well with a fork. 

Transfer the cashews to the Air fryer basket in a single layer. 

Air fry at 360*f for about 7-8 minutes till they get nice Golden in color. If you want to keep them little pinkish, then air fry for 6 minutes. Shake these in between for even air frying.

Take these air fryer roasted cashews in a mixing bowl. Add Chaat Masala or the seasoning of your choice (Cajun Spice Mix, Piri Piri spice Mix, salt &amp; pepper, Pub Style, Ranch seasoning) while it’s hot. Mix with a fork.

Cashews are soft when they are hot. They will harden up as they cool down. Don’t eat them while they are hot. It can burn your mouth. 

Serve these at room temperature. Or store these in air tight jar at the kitchen counter. They will last for good 3-4 weeks.

Coating nuts with little ghee or oil helps them retain their sheen. Also it helps in making the seasoning stick to the nuts. Although you can skip using it or use very little amount.

Please do not eat the nuts super hot or else it can burn your mouth. 

Make sure not to over-eat the nuts. It can be harmful. Always consult your doctor if you have dietary restrictions

AIR FRYER ROASTED CASHEWS RECIPE (recipe link in description below)

Krupnik is a smooth and fairly potent Polish liqueur of spiced vodka and honey, popular during the winter months.

Anya’s Krupnik, a Polish Liqueur of Spiced Vodka and Honey

honey

water

cloves

cinnamon

allspice berries (lightly crushed)

vanilla pod

lemon

orange

500 ml 80-proof vodka (at least 40% abv)

muslin cloth (or 2 medium)

funnel

Place everything, apart from the vodka, into a large saucepan and bring to a simmer on medium heat.

As soon as it's simmering, lower the heat right down and let it simmer for 1 minute.

At the end of the minute, take it off the heat, and leave to cool for 5 minutes, before we add the vodka. This is important, as we don't want the alcohol evaporating in the steaming liquid.

At the end of 5 minutes, add the vodka, stir well with a wooden spoon, cover tightly with a lid or foil, and leave to steep overnight.

Double line your funnel with your muslin cloth. If you have a large one, folding it over will work.

Strain your Krupnik into the sterilized bottles, pushing down only ever so slightly on the contents. Don't over do this, or your last bottle may be a touch bitter from the vanilla.

Store your Krupnik in the sealed bottles, in a dark cool place for up to a year. The Krupnik is perfectly delicious drunk immediately, but will also improve with age.

Made for the first time and really like it.  I had to use ground allspice since I couldn’t find it whole.  Thank you for a new Christmas tradition.
