Golden Flaxseed Meal

Coconut Flour

Chia Seeds

Unsweetened Almond Milk

Heavy Cream

Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

Vanilla Essence

Place the dry ingredients into a small saucepan and mix together.

Add the remaining ingredients.

Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk the ingredients together for about 10 minutes until it has thickened and is warmed through.

Pour into a bowl&nbsp;and top with your favorite toppings - we recommend extra Sugar-Free Maple Syrup and chopped Pecans.

Keto Recipe - Oatmeal & Porridge Substitute - Tasty Low Carb, Healthy Breakfast Cereal (Omega 3s)

This easy grain-free porridge can be made in just a few minutes or prepped overnight (like overnight oats!). It&#x27;s Paleo, Gluten-free, Vegan, and Whole30! Spice it up and top it off however you&#x27;d like.

Grain-free Porridge

water

coconut oil

almond meal or flour

tbsp shredded coconut

tbsp hemp seeds

tbsp chia seeds

golden flaxseed meal

tsp vanilla extract (optional)

cinnamon (optional)

tsp cardamom (optional)

berries (optional)

tahini (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a large mason jar or bowl, mix it up well and store in a container with a lid.

Refrigerate overnight and mix up in the morning, add milk or more water to loosen up. Optionally microwave for 30 seconds if you'd like to eat it warm or just service cold and add desired toppings such as: fruit, honey and more cinnamon!

Overnight Steps

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat over low-medium heat while stirring. After a few minutes, the porridge will thicken.

Pour the porridge out after you like the texture and serve with desired toppings.
