Combine the cocoa powder and coconut sugar in a large bowl and stir well with a fork or whisk to combine. Pour the mixture into a 16-ounce wide mouth glass jar and seal with the lid until ready to use.

To make the hot chocolate, add 2 tablespoons of the hot chocolate mix to 1 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice) in a small saucepan and warm it up until the desired temperature is reached. Serve right away.

Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix

oz (2 4 oz bars) 100% cacao baking chocolate

c. Dutch Process Cocoa Powder

c. sugar

cornstarch

tsp salt

cayenne pepper

cinnamon

espresso powder

Break the chocolate bars into coarse chunks, then freeze until hard, about 10 minutes.

In the bowl of a food processor, combine the chocolate chunks, cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch and salt. Process until it resembles a smooth powder. (Pro-tip: hold on tight to your food processor. It may kick around a little bit)

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months.

Combine 1-2 TB of the mix with 1 c of boiling milk. Simmer on the stove for 30 seconds if you prefer it thicker.

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process until the chocolate is finely ground and everything is turn into powder, about 60 seconds.

You might want to do this in batches if your processor is not big enough to hold all the ingredients at once. If so, whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl first, then work in two to three batches in the food processor.

To make hot chocolate, put 3 tablespoon of hot cocoa mix in a mug and stir in 1 cup of hot water or milk (milk makes it richer and creamier). Top with whipped cream or miniature marshmallows, or spices, as you desire.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together, powdered milk, confectioners sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, white chocolate, milk chocolate, and powdered coffee creamer.

Store hot cocoa mix in a tightly sealed container.

When ready to make a cup of hot cocoa add 2 tablespoons of mix into a hot cup of milk.

Stir mix into the hot milk until mixed. Serve and enjoy.

To make floating snowmen- grab 3 large marshmallows and a pretzel stick, insert a pretzel in the middle of two (the body), add another pretzel stick and add the top (head) of the snowman to create the full body.

Now add arms and legs by inserting pretzels on the sides of the body and the bottom for the legs.

In a small dish add a tablespoon of chocolate syrup and a drop of black food gel. With a toothpick dip into the syrup and then apply the syrup to the snowman to create the eyes, mouth, and buttons.

Finally cut jelly beans in half and then trim the sides to create a triangle. Apply to create the nose and your snowman is now ready to float.
