Pressure Cooker Hot Mulled Cider a/k/a Wassail&nbsp;is a hot drink consisting of apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and topped with fresh orange slices.

Pressure Cooker Hot Mulled Cider a/k/a Wassail

Apples ((use as many as will fit))

Apple Cider (or 16 more apples)

Cinnamon Sticks

Green Cardamon Pods

Whole Allspice

Whole Cloves

Whole Nutmeg

inch Fresh Ginger Root ((or 1/4 tsp ground))

Oranges (divided)

Dark Brown Sugar

Core apples and place into pressure cooker cooking pot.

Lock on lid and close pressure valve. Cook at high pressure for 15 minutes.&nbsp; When beep sounds, wait 5 minutes and then release the pressure.

Place apples into cheesecloth and mash and strain juice back into cooking pot.&nbsp; Either do another round of apples, add 1 quart of apple cider.

Add juice of one orange, all spices and sugar.&nbsp; Lock on lid and close pressure valve. Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes.&nbsp; When beep sounds, wait 5 minutes and release the rest of the pressure.

Remove lid and add orange slices.&nbsp; Keep pot on "Keep Warm."
