tsp toasted white sesame seeds

tsp Sichuan peppercorn powder (optional)

tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce (or store-bought, optional)

tbsp white miso paste (or chickpea miso)

0.5 tbsp toasted sesame oil

2-2.5 tbsp water (or more to thin the sauce)

unsalted peanut butter (or almond butter)
