"Fried" Ice Cream

ice cream (such as Breyers Delights Vanilla Cupcake Ice Cream)

butter

c. corn cereal,

cinnamon

granulated sugar

Whipped cream,

Sprinkles,

maraschino cherries,

I tastes really good, and is sold in super markets. I like it home made, so I can personalize it though!

Ice Cream In A Bag

half-and-half

sugar

pure vanilla extract

c. ice

kosher salt

It really works!! I made mine double and shook the bag for 10 minutes. It turned out perfectly. I will be making it again. 
In my recipe I used:

1 cup half and half 
1 cup whipping cream 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1 teaspoon almond extract 
4 tablespoons sugar

when it was hard I added dark chocolate chips.

i would totally recommend this recipe!! doesn’t take to long, and is definitely worth the time if your bored at home during quarentine. it tastes good by itself, but i added some sprinkles on top and enjoyed this watching tv in my room! super re-freshing!!😁

I used this bag method but used 2 cups of Eggnog and it worked great. After 10 minutes of shaking I put bags in freezer to freeze it even harder.

It didn't work for me. I was shaking for about 30 minutes and it was still watery. I think I didn't have enough ice, that or my ice melted too quickly. I have made homemade ice cream before, but in a jar and rolled it from me and my friend for a while. Even though it didn't make ice cream, I still drank the mixture (and it was AMAZING, like a vanilla milkshake).

This recipe brought back so many great memories and we didn't even have to pull out the hand mixer! Great flavor and loved the soft texture! We doubled this recipe from the start and used a 5 gallon bag for the ice and a one gallon bag for the cream!

It works. I didn’t have half and half and used vanilla soy milk and a little bit of whip cream and it worked but it was kinda watery.

We wanted to get some lactose free ice cream for my 3yo, but we couldn't find any at the store. I used this recipe and subbed her usual 2% Lactade for the half&half, and it worked! Thank you! She is one happy camper!

It wasn't working at the starting I had to shake it 12 minutes and put it in the freezer for some time. Main reason I didn't   have enough ice.

yo this was actually really good. i made with my little brother. i ended up needing to use a second batch of ice because the first stuff melted and the ice cream wasn't solid yet. i also duct taped the smaller bag so the ice cream wouldn't spill. 10/10 was a lot of fun

question. Does it have to be half and half milk? can i use almond milk?

it worked really well! I added a teaspoon of instant espresso powder to make coffee ice cream, but I would recommend adding two if you want to do the same.

This recipe worked so well, the only thing is that it melts really fast into liquid (so just eat it quick). I had my family try it and they loved it, would recommend!
