Red White and Blue Jello Mold is a tasty layered recipe great for the summer. A patriotic dessert perfect for Memorial Day or Fourth of July!

Red White &amp; Blue Jell-O Mold

Blue Jell-O Gelatin (like 3 oz package Berry Blue)

Red Jell-O Gelatin (like 3 oz package Cherry)

Unflavored Gelatin (like Knox)

Water

Milk

Sugar

Heavily grease a bundt pan.

Place blue gelatin in a bowl and add 2/3 cup boiling water.

Stir well until dissolved and allow to cool.

Carefully pour in the bottom of the pan to avoid splashing on the sides and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Add 1/3 cup of milk to another bowl and sprinkle unflavored gelatin over top.

Heat the remaining 2/3 cup of milk just to a boil.

Remove from heat and stir in sugar to dissolve.

Add heated milk to gelatin/milk mixture and stir until blended.

Allow to cool.

Gently pour over the blue layer in the bundt pan, avoiding splashing, and return to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Place both red gelatin mixes in a bowl and add 1 1/3 cup boiling water.

Carefully pour on top of the white layer in the bundt pan to avoid splashing on sides and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.

Dissolve the Jello in the boiling water. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved.

Add the applesauce and mix well.

Spray an 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray.

Pour the Jello mix in the prepared pan.

Allow to set for at least 3 hours.

Serve chilled with fruit and whipped cream.

Orange Creamsicle Salad is a classic Southern congealed salad made with orange gelatin, instant vanilla pudding, whipped topping, mandarin oranges, and marshmallows for a light, creamy side dish.

orange gelatin (Jell-O recommended)

vanilla pudding mix

whipped topping (Cool Whip, thawed)

½ cups mini marshmallows

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the orange gelatin and 1 cup of boiling water until completely dissolved. Add 1 cup of cold water and stir again to combine.

Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 15 to 20 minutes, until slightly thickened but not fully set. The mixture should be beginning to gel but still soft enough to whisk.

Sprinkle the instant vanilla pudding mix over the partially set gelatin and whisk until fully incorporated and smooth.

Return the bowl to the refrigerator for another 15 to 20 minutes, until the mixture thickens further but is still stirrable.

Gently stir in the thawed whipped topping until evenly blended.

Fold in the well-drained mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving, until fully set and creamy.
