This easy Easter Jello-O pie is the perfect no-bake dessert, featuring fun colors and flavors of creamy filling layered in a buttery graham cracker crust. This sweet treat is so simple, any bunny can make it!

Easter Jello-O Pie

Pink Starburst Jell-O ((a little under 2 ounces))

Blue Jell-O ((½ Package))

Yellow Jell-O ((½ Package))

Purple Jell-O ((½ Package))

Whipped Cream (divided)

Water

Yellow Food Dye ((optional))

Pink Food Dye ((optional))

Graham Cracker Crumbs

tbsp Butter ((1 ½ sticks))

Melt your butter in the microwave until it’s fully liquified.

Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl and mix until a thick, sand texture occurs.

Place the mixture in your springform pan and spread it across the bottom and up the sides, pressing it down so it packs in.

Place the crust in the freezer until you’re ready to add layers.

Place each color of Jell-O powder in its own small bowl. Place ¾ cup boiling water in each bowl and stir until no graininess remains on the bottom of the bowl.

Place ⅓ cup cold water in each bowl and stir once more.

Place the bowls of Jell-O in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes. You don’t want it to be solidified, just thickened.

Add 4 ounces of whipped cream to each Jell-O bowl and vigorously mix until fully combined. This may take a minute or two, per bowl.

If you’re using food dye to add more color to the yellow and pink, add that at this point and turn until no color streaks appear and you’ve reached your desired shades of color.

Place the first color (I used yellow, but you can do your own color order) in the crust and spread even. Place the pie back in the freezer for 5 minutes, then add the next color, then back in the freezer for 5 minutes. Repeat this process until all 4 colors have been added.

Leave the pie in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until completely solidified all the way through.

Top with whipped cream, if desired, and enjoy!

Melt your butter in the microwave and add it to a bowl with the graham cracker crumbs and mix until well combined. The mixture should resemble wet sand.

Dump the mixture into a 9.5” deep dish springform pan and press evenly along the bottom of the pan and up the sides.

Place the crust in the freezer until you’re ready to use it.

Add the red jello to one bowl and the green jello to another bowl. Place 1 cup boiling water in each bowl and mix until there is no graininess left on the bottom.

Add ½ cup cold water to each bowl and stir once more.

Add the jello bowls to the fridge and let chill for about 40-50 minutes or until the jello is really thickened, but not fully set.

Place half of the green jello in another mixing bowl.

Add 4 ounces of whipped cream to one green bowl and another 4 ounces to the other green bowl. Add 8 ounces to the red bowl.

Mix all three bowls well until fully combined.

Add a dab of the red dye to the red bowl and mix until no color streaks appear. Keep adding dabs and fully mixing until the desired color is reached.

Add a couple of drops of the green dye to only one of the green jello bowls and repeat the same coloring steps as you did for the red. You’ll want to make one green a darker green, and the other green a light green. I had to add just a touch of green coloring to the lighter one, but literally barely anything. You don’t need much.

Pour the darker green mixture into the bottom of the crust and spread even.

Pour the red over the dark green and gently spread even, as you don’t want the layers to mix.

Finally, top with the light green mixture and spread even.

Place in the fridge to chill for 3 hours or until set. Garnish with dollops of whipped cream and gold sanding sugar if desired, and enjoy!

No-bake strawberry Jello pie is easy to make using Cool Whip, graham cracker crust, fresh berries, and Strawberry gelatin.

Add jello mix and boiling water to a large bowl. Whisk together for 2 minutes or until dissolved.

Add ice water; stirring well until all ice has melted. Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow the gelatin to thicken.

Whisk in whipped topping. Fold in 1 ½ cup of the diced strawberries.

Spoon filling into graham cracker pie crust. Sprinkle with remaining diced strawberries.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set (I like to let it chill overnight).

Slice and serve. Top slices with whipped topping and/or additional strawberries, if desired.

This is a dessert that is sure to please.  I made it for a "Pies for Ties" luncheon after church on Father's Day.  It was a hit! I garnish the top with dollops of extra Cool Whip (I buy the larger container) and a strawberry in the middle.   My MIL taught me this recipe years ago, including the quick-set method using ice cold water and ice.  I lost it and was very happy to find it here.  The recipe makes more than needed to fill the pie shell, so I made parfaits with the extra fluff, Cool Whip and garnished with strawberries for anyone who may be GF and can't have the pie.

I used to make a pie like this in the 70’s. Over the years, I somehow lost my recipe! This recipe is close to it. I followed each step meticulously and it turned out perfect! Love it!
