Ingredients for 3 day detox to lose weight fast:
BREAKFAST DRINK:
1 medium banana
1 cup raspberries
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1/4 cup spinach
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup water

LUNCH DRINK:
1 medium cucumber
4 celery stalks
1/2 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 green apple
1/2 lime
1 cup kale leaves
1 cup pineapple

DINNER DRINK:
1 cup blueberries
1/4 avocado
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1/2 cup mango
1 cup kale leaves
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1.5 cups coconut water SEE NOTES

Instructions: 
Blend the ingredients for each drink in a blender until smooth. Drink without straining it!

3-Day JUICE CLEANSE (Diet Plan):
All 3 days follow the same routine in this specific order:

1. MORNING DETOX TEA: Start the day by drinking a cup of green tea (herbal tea) mixed with 1 teaspoon of Stevia and a slice of lemon.

2. BREAKFAST DRINK: Then, make your breakfast drink by blending water, raspberries, flax seeds, banana, spinach, almond butter, and lemon in a blender until smooth. Do NOT strain! This will help you ingest all the fiber.

3. SUPPLEMENTS: Take ½ multivitamin plus a probiotic supplement.

4. LUNCH DRINK: Blend celery stalks, cucumber, kale leaves, green apple, lime, coconut oil, almond milk (nut milk), and pineapple in a blender until smooth. Do NOT strain!

5. SUPPLEMENTS: Take ½ multivitamin plus an Omega 3 supplement.

6. SNACK DRINK: Repeat your favorite drink!

7. DINNER DRINK: Blend mango, blueberries, coconut water, kale, lemon, avocado, cayenne pepper, and flax seeds in a blender until smooth. Again, do NOT strain!

8. DETOX ULTRA BATH: Take a bath with 2.5 cups of Epsom salt and 10 drops of lavender oil.
During these 3 days, make sure to drink lots of water (at least 8 cups), get plenty of rest, and preferably do NOT exercise (or do only gentle exercise).

Weight loss may vary, but many people reported shedding around 3 to 4 pounds in 3 days.

Juice Cleanse Recipes

kale

spinach leaves (roughly chopped)

romaine lettuce

parsley (roughly chopped)

english cucumber

celery (roughly chopped)

apple (halved and seeds removed)

ginger

lemon (rind removed)

apple, (quartered)

red beets,

carrots

orange, rind removed

larget carrots

apple, quartered

lemon, rind removed

turmeric root

almonds

tbsp agave nectar

tsp cinnamon

vanilla bean, seeds removed

strawberries, hulled

Place ingredients for the green juice into a juicer and juice!

For the Green Juice

For the Red juice

For the Orange Juice

Soak the almonds in some water for at least 2 hours

Drain the almonds and combine them with 2 cups of water, agave nectar, cinnamon, vanilla bean and strawberries in a high powered blender and blend for about 2 minutes until very smooth. No need to strain.

For the Strawberry Almond Milk

It really is an excellent recipe. I loved all the juices and I recommend it with one caveat: prepare yourself because it takes a lot longer than 5 min to prepare just juices for a day. There are 14 ingredients that need to be chopped or hauled and 4 different types of juices. It took me well over 4 hours total for all 3 days to prepare. In addition to the chopping, I had to add the ingredients to my juicer a handful at a time and I had to clean the juicer between different types of juices which took a while. Having said that it was worth it. Thank you Gabby!

This juice cleanse is a miracle!!! This has been my go to recipe since the day I stumbled upon it. The first day is still the most challenging, but I feel as if I can conquer the world on day 2. My body literally says thank you from the break from daily consumption. I’ve deviated a few item just due to availability, but the main ingredients are still true. Thank you, thank you!!!!!

I’m a juicer newb. Unfortunately I can’t afford a $400+ juicer so I’m recording to a blender, flour sifter and thin coffee filters to make juice. One thing I wanted to suggest for people who simply can’t get past the taste. Our sense of smell is our best sense for inducing memories. That being said, try this. First think of your favorite fresh herbs. Mine are basil and cilantro. I add a few fresh leaves of one or the other, then while drinking it I close my eyes and sniff the herb and think of foods I love that gave them, basil pretty much reminds me of every Italian food I love including pizza. I visualize in my mind the pizza while drinking the juice and it just seems to trick my brain enough to get it all down. Hope this helps someone else. Remember it’s not juice, it’s yummy pizza or Mediterranean food ;-) we lie to ourselves about many things every day, leave it up to your nose and memories.
