Keto beef meatballs

0.5 medium red onion(s) (7 gr)

clove(s) of garlic (3 gr)

tbsp(s) fresh parsley, chopped (8 gr)

450 gr ground beef, grass-fed

egg(s) (50 gr)

tbsp(s) olive oil (14 gr)

almond flour (56 gr)

gr shredded parmesan

salt (to taste)

black pepper (to taste)

Chop the onion(s), garlic and parsley and place in a mixing bowl

Place all the rest ingredients and seasonings in the mixing bowl too and combine well

Lay the meatballs on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes, until they are golden brown
