This lemon garlic drumsticks marinade recipe is perfect for grilling season, but you can also use your air fryer!

Easy Chicken Marinade

avocado oil

juice lemon

garlic, pressed

oregano

smoked paprika

salt

black pepper,

chicken drumsticks, raw

6 delicious and easy keto chicken marinade recipes. All of them are freezer friendly and come together in 5 minutes flat. Perfect for grilling, baking, or roasting.

Keto Friendly Chicken Marinade

tbsp lemon

lemon juice ((about 1 lemon))

tbsp avocado oil

garlic (minced)

parsley

tsp sea salt

tsp pepper

tbsp lime

lime juice ((about 2 limes))

chipotle powder

cilantro

tsp peper

olive oil

tbsp balsamic vinegar ((or red wine vinegar))

basil

rosemary

plain whole milk yogurt

tbsp tandoori seasoning

lemon juice

cayenne

coconut milk

tbsp thai green chili paste

tbsp fish sauce

lime juice

tsp salt

parsley leaves

tbsp chopped red onion

garlic (chopped)

tbsp red wine vinegar

red pepper flakes

Whisk ingredients together in a bowl. Pour over 1 1/2 lbs of chicken in a bowl or in a ziploc bag.

Refrigerate and let marinate at least 3 hours before cooking. Grill, pan-fry, air-fry, or bake!

Chicken and marinades can all be frozen for up to several months. Be sure to thaw completely before cooking.

All marinades except chimichurri

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Proceed as instructed for other marinades.
