These keto chicken wings taste just like your favorite local pub grub!  They’re crispy and delicious, and are easy to make since they’re oven baked.

Crispy Keto Chicken Wings

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

tsp pepper

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

Prepare the chicken wings by separating them into the drumette and the flat/tip portion.  Dry them well with a paper towel.

Combine the baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.  Toss this with the chicken wings.

Lightly grease a baking sheet, and place the chicken wings on the baking sheet.  (You’ll likely need two baking sheets).

Place the baking sheets in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.  Take the baking sheets out and flip the wings over.  Return to the oven and cook for an additional 20 minutes.

Once the wings are done, melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave.  Combine the butter and the hot sauce in a large bowl, and toss the wings in the sauce.

Serve as-is, with crumbled blue cheese on top, or with an appropriate blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.

Extra Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings

chicken wings ((drumettes and wingettes, not whole ones))

tsp kosher salt ((plus more to taste))

Tbsp chili powder

granulated garlic

Tbsp baking POWDER ((NOT baking SODA, it's not the same))

Dry the wings really well with paper towels and place in a medium bowl. Add the salt, chili powder, garlic and baking powder. Gently rub the seasoning all over the wings, ensuring even coverage. Set aside.

Lightly rub the cooking rack of your air fryer with some cooking oil to reduce sticking. Arrange the chicken wings on the rack so that there is some space between the wings to allow for free air circulation.

Place the rack with the wings inside your air fryer. Set the temperature to 410F. Set the cooking time to 20 minutes. Press start.If you air fryer goes only to 400F, set the temperature to 400F and the cooking time to 22 minutes.If you like your wings extra crispy, add 5 more minutes to the times above.

When time is up, check your wings for doneness. They should be deep golden brown as shown on pictures. If not, let them cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Carefully remove the wings from the air fryer and arrange on a plate or a serving platter. Serve immediately.If tossing with a hot wing sauce, or a BBQ sauce, let the wings rest for 5 minutes. This will help them retain their crispiness much better after applying the sauce.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings Recipe (Air Fryer &amp; Oven)

Wings

tsp Natural Ancient Sea Salt

tsp Black Pepper

tsp Smoked Paprika

tsp Garlic Powder

tsp Onion Powder

tbsp Baking Powder

Remove the chicken wing parts from the refrigerator and pat dry (removing as much moisture as possible helps to have a crispy wing skin)

Mix the sea salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and baking powder in a small dish or ramekin

Sprinkle seasoning mixture on the wings and toss to coat

Place wings on a flat layer in the airfryer

Use the air-fryer programmed settings for chicken (400 degrees) and cook for 25-30 minutes. I set my timer 15 minutes, flipped the wings, then checked the wings at 5 minute intervals until the skin was crispy enough for me. Getting the wings crispy quickly requires you to flip them about halfway through.

Mix the all of the ingredients for the Garlic Parmesan sauce by stirring them in a small bowl

Toss the wings in the garlic parmesan mixture and serve immediately.

In this quick recipe, I’m sharing how to make these wings in the air fryer or oven. I also include some other keto-friendly wings recipes in case you love wings as much as I do!

Garlic Parmesan Wings Recipe

My whole family loves this crispy chicken wings recipe. It&#x27;s super easy to throw together and it works as an appetiser with a dollop of mayonnaise, as finger food and as part of a main course together with a crunchy green salad. BBQ flavour, but made in the oven!

Crispy BBQ Keto Chicken Wings

35 oz / 1 kg chicken wings

olive oil

paprika

2-3 tbsp Golden Lakanto (or another brown sugar alternative)

tsp black pepper

tsp chilli powder

onion powder

mustard powder

Preheat the oven to 220 Celsius / 200 Celsius fan / 428 Fahrenheit.

Prepare the rub by mixing all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Heat a large cast iron skillet or non stick frying pan and sear the chicken wings for 2 - 3minutes per side. (If using a cast iron skillet you may need to grease with a little oil to prevent sticking.)

Once seared, place the chicken wings in a mixing bowl and toss with the rub and olive oil or butter. Massage until fully coated.

Place the BBQ Chicken Wings onto a greaseproof lined baking tray and bake in the oven for around 35 minutes until crisp. Turn half way through for even cooking. For ultimate crispy skin, you can also place under the grill at the end for around 3 - 5 minutes to really crisp up.

Easy Buffalo Wings - Deep Fried Chicken Recipe

lb Chicken Wings

Paprika

Salt

Pepper

tbsp Hot Sauce

Trim the wing tips off the chicken wings and split the wing into the wingette and drumette.

Place the wingettes and drumettes into a bowl and marinate in the garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and oil. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your deep fryer to 180C/355F.

Deep fry the wingettes and drumettes (in batches if your fryer is small) for around 6-8 minutes. To check if they are done, cut the meat on a diagonal down to the bone - if the bone is red the chicken requires more cooking.

Mix the hot sauce and melted butter and toss the wings through it. We recommend serving it with our Feta Cheese Dressing.

Brining your chicken wings in pickle juice gives them a flavor boost and helps keep the chicken so moist and tender! We season the skin with a homemade blend of &#039;ranch&#039; spices and then bake these til crip. These might just be the best wings yet!

Dill Pickle Ranch Chicken Wings

Place the chicken wing sections in a large bowl or zip top bag. Pour over the pickle juice. Cover the bowl or seal the bag and place in the fridge to brine for 2-3 hours.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place a wire rack over a baking sheet and spritz with oil spray.

Drain the pickle juice from the chicken and pat the chicken dry. Drizzle the chicken wings with the oil.

Add all of the seasonings to a small bowl and stir together to combine.

Sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken and use your hands to massage the seasoning into the chicken, making sure to coat each piece really well.

Arrange wings on the wire rack, leaving a bit of space between each piece for air to flow.

Bake for 40 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through cooking.

Serve hot with ranch, for dipping.

These Lemon Feta Chicken Wings are bursting with vibrant flavors. They are marinated in olive oil, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper, and baked until they are perfectly crispy on the outside, while still being tender and juicy on the inside. 

Crispy Lemon Feta Chicken Wings

In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, 2 tablespoons of the parsley, pepper, oregano, salt, and paprika. Whisk to combine.

Add the chicken wings and half of the marinade to a large bowl, toss to coat the wings and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Give the wings a good toss a couple times while they are marinating.

After marinating the wings, remove them from the marinade and line them in a single layer across paper towels. Cover the top with paper towels as well, and using your hands, press into the chicken to absorb excess moisture. Let sit for 10 minutes and then line them again on a fresh layer of paper towels, repeating the process. You want them to be as dry as possible so that they crisp up in the oven.

Place an oven rack in the middle-lower position and another rack in the middle-upper position. Preheat the oven to 250°F. Set a cooling rack on a rimmed baking sheet.

Combine the wings and baking powder in a mixing bowl and toss to coat the wings evenly.

Spread the wings in a single layer across the cooling rack. Bake on the middle-lower oven rack for 25 minutes.

Increase the oven temperature to 425°F and move the baking sheet to the middle-upper rack. Bake the wings for an additional 45 minutes, or until the skin is nice and crispy.

Remove the wings from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Toss in the remaining marinade and sprinkle the feta and remaining parsley over top, before serving.
