I added some canned coconut milk, mostly the top thick part  and a little of the milk. It came out perfect. My son turned down a strawberry shake when he tasted this and I had to share lol. I also put some in a small container and put it in the freezer to make ice cream!

Put  purestevia 1/8     tsp for sweetener still kito love it

I've only been on Paleo for 4 days but this was a welcome relief to my sugar deficient anger and rage!  MMMM MMMMM Gooooood!!!!  Although the cream isn't Paleo, I'll sleep well knowing I used organic heavy cream.  And you must be absolutely correct about the salt - it brought the cocoa flavor right to the top and I had no idea I was eating avocado mousse!!

Does not taste anywhere near as good as it looks. Not sure what happened but yikes.

I used monkfruit instead of honey, and it is DELICIOUS! I skipped the chocolate chips, not really necessary. Thanks for this wonderful recipe!

Easy Low Carb Keto Chocolate Mousse

  Cook chocolate chips and 1/4 cup whipping cream in a small saucepan over low heat until melted and combined.  Transfer it into a small bowl and put it in the refrigerator to chill.
