Keto Cream Cheese Pancakes - Low Carb

oz cream cheese

eggs

granulated sugar substitute (IBIH recommends)

cinnamon

Put all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet. Blend until smooth.

Let rest for 2 minutes so the bubbles can settle.

Pour 1/4 of the batter into a hot pan greased with butter or pam spray.

Cook for 2 minutes until golden, flip and cook 1 minute on the other side.

Serve with sugar free syrup (or any syrup of your choice) and fresh berries.

I'm going to fix this for our brunch tomorrow morning. It sounds so good and I love how fast and easy it is. I couldn't  find the link to the video however. I can probably fix these pancakes without it, but it would be fun to see if a pro has a tip for flipping that I haven't discovered yet. Did you forget to put in the link or is it user error? (the more likely case:-))

I am committed to getting my health back on track in the new year. These pancakes looked like the perfect breakfast replacement. Carbs are definitely my weakness. I was surprised at how easy they were, and I already had all of the ingredients on hand. They made a perfect substitute for traditional pancakes. I could eat these and not miss the old ones at all. They sort of reminded me of the taste of French toast... they had that “bready” mouth feel (which is a good thing!) but not with an overpowering egg taste like some other keto pancakes I’ve tried. Thank you for this amazing recipe!

OK these were the ugliest pancakes I’ve ever made! You and your good spatula. Lol  But ultimately they were the best pancakes I’ve ever made. Actually ate each one individually while I cooked  the next. Thank you for this recipe! Next I’m trying  the shepherds pie meatballs.

I have tried a number of Keto pancakes and have always been disappointed with either the flavor or texture. Not so with these! They are delicious, not eggy and surprisingly fluffy. Thanks for a traditional breakfast recipe  that is Keto friendly!

Low Carb Cream Cheese Pancakes – Keto & Gluten Free

Cream Cheese Pancakes

These low carb almond flour crepes stay flexible even after a few days in the fridge. A delicious breakfast or dessert, stuff them with your favorite sugar-free fillings.&nbsp;

Keto Almond Flour Crepes

cream cheese (softened)

almond flour

tbsp granulated Swerve Sweetener

almond milk

salt

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a blender, combine cream cheese, eggs, almond flour, sweetener, almond milk and salt. Puree until smooth and well combined. Let rest 5 minutes.

Set a 10-inch skillet over medium-low heat. Add just enough oil or butter to the pan to lightly coat it. Once hot, add a few tbsp of batter to the pan and swirl or spread into a thin layer that reaches the edges.

Cook until edges are cooked and can be loosened with a spatula. Loosen all the way around and then lift one edge gently and work spatula underneath (I found it easiest to grab the loosened edge with my fingers while working the spatula under the crepe so I could flip it).

Flip and cook on the other side until lightly browned. Remove and lay on prepared baking sheet, then continue with remaining batter. You can layer another piece of parchment on top of the first set of crepes as more come off the pan.

Fill with whatever your little heart desires. We love them with sugar-free Nutella!

What I love about these protein crepes is that not only are they low in carbs and high in protein but they can be whisked up in a matter of minutes. Fill these fluffy keto crepes with yogurt, cream or berries or even a decadent keto caramel or sugar free nutella!

Keto Protein Crepes

tbsp whey protein powder (31 grams)

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp powdered sweetener

tsp butter (for frying)

Put the egg whites, whey protein powder, vanilla and powdered sweetener into a bowl. Blend for about 1 minute until the batter is fluffy and well-combined.

Melt 1/2 tsp butter in a non stick frying pan or skillet (20cm diameter). Add half the batter into the pan. Tilt and rotate the pan to spread the mixture evenly until it covers the bottom of the pan. Cook over medium heat for about 45 seconds until the bottom is golden.
