Low Carb Gummy Bears

Cup Water

Tablespoons Berry Powder (I used strawberry + blackberry)

Cup Swerve

Tablespoons Gelatin

Add strawberry powder (2 tablespoons), water (1/2 cup), and erythritol (1/2 cup) to a small saucepan and whisk as you bring contents to a simmer. Taste and adjust sweetness to taste.

Reduce heat in the pan and stir in gelatin 1 tablespoon at a time. Stir until it completely dissolves, about 5 minutes.

Place the gummy bear molds* on a baking sheet (this makes them easier to transfer).

Once everything has melted together, use the eyedropper tool to pour gummies into the mold. If the gummies start to set, you may need to reheat slightly or add a touch of water (1 tablespoon at a time).

Place baking sheet in the fridge for 30 minutes, or until the gummies pop out of the molds easily and enjoy!

These homemade Keto gummy bears have zero carbs, so they make great sugar free treats.

Sugar Free Keto Gummy Bears

1 (.3 ounces) package Sugar Free Jello

1 envelope Knox unfavored gelatine

water

  Mix together the Jello, unflavored gelatine and water in a medium sized saucepan.

  Cook over low heat until fully dissolved, about 2 minutes.

These taste great but I'm wondering if it's possible to make them without the SF jello (I know, I"m being a pain!!).  Maybe some dried strawberry powder and sweetener?  I'm I crazy for even thinking about this? I was going to make some as gifts and need to be more restrictive.  Thanks for all of your fab recipes!

My gummies cam out looking amazing and tasting amazing, but they were still very mushy. How do I get them to not be so mushy ?? Other wise the recipe was great.

I like this recipe, but I use sugar free drink packets for individual water bottles. They work great, with so many flavors and colors. My kids love sugar free lemonade ones and blueberry blast.

I followed recipe exactly and they came out perfect! I also tried out a set with the sugar free strawberry lemonade drink mix packets as one other person on here mentioned in comments. The flavor was great but it wasn't as firm so next time I will use more of the gelatin powder. Thank you so much. My husband is such a fan of gummies and now he can finally have Keto gummies. Yay!
