Homemade Sugar Free Ketchup

tomatoes

tomato paste (70 grams)

apple cider vinegar

garlic powder

onion powder

cloves

allspice (optional)

cinnamon (optional)

spanish paprika (optional)

sea salt crystals (or to taste)

Sukrin Gold (optional)

In a sauce pan over low heat, pour tomatoes, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar and spices. Stirring regularly for 10 to 15 minutes.

Using a stick blender (immersion blender), purée whole tomatoes. Add sea salt to taste and opt to add Sukrin Gold. Continue over low heat and stir regularly until sauce thickens, about 5 to 10 minutes.

Cool and transfer in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks.&nbsp;

You can&#039;t beat the flavor and ease of this Sugar Free Ketchup recipe. You only need 5 minutes and a handful of ingredients for a healthy keto version of your favorite condiment! 

Easy Sugar Free Ketchup Recipe

tomato paste

tsp balsamic vinegar

water

tbsp Swerve Brown

tsp allspice ((or 1/8 tsp ground cloves))

tsp salt

chipotle powder (optional)

In a medium bowl, whisk together the tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and two tablespoons of the water. Continue to whisk in water until the mixture the consistency of store-bought ketchup.

Add the sweetener, garlic powder, allspice, salt, and chipotle powder if using. Whisk in until the sweetener dissolves. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.

So flavorful!!  Even the non-Keto people in my family love this ketchup! Thanks Carolyn!
