Our keto nachos can be made two ways using homemade low carb tortilla chips or pork rinds, and will satisfy your nacho cravings minus all the carbs!

Keto Nachos | Two Ways!

low carb tortillas

oz pork rinds

beef (80/20)

red onion, diced

red chili powder

cumin

garlic powder

tsp pink himalayan salt

onion powder

tsp red pepper flakes

tsp black pepper

cheddar cheese

tomatoes

black olives, sliced

sour cream

avocado,

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut your low carb tortillas up into triangles and place them onto the baking sheet so they aren’t touching one another.

Spray them with coconut oil spray and bake for 5-7 minutes (watch them because they will burn quickly if left unattended).

Turn the heat to broil for 1-2 minutes, while keeping an eye on them, for a crispy, browned tortilla chip.

Best stored in a zip top bag on the counter.

Low Carb Tortilla Chips

Heat a large skillet to medium high heat and add the beef and onion.

Break up the meat using a spoon and cook through until no longer pink and the onions are tender.

Add all of the seasonings and combine until fully incorporated.

Remove from heat and set aside.

Ground Beef

Create a layer of your baked tortilla chips or pork rinds in an oven safe skillet.

Top the chips/pork rinds with the meat and then with the cheese and diced tomatoes.

Broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese has melted.

Top with remaining toppings and serve immediately.

How To Make Keto Nachos _ Three Different Ways

This delicious Mexican inspired keto nachos recipe is made with pork rinds instead of corn chips. They are quick and easy to make with just 2g net carbs, and super tasty.

Keto Nachos (2g Carbs)

Olive Oil

½ Red Onion (diced)

Basic Ground Beef

Taco Seasoning

Keto Enchilada Sauce

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

Pork Rinds

Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Black Olives (sliced)

Tomato (diced)

Scallion (sliced)

Sour Cream

Heat

Place a nonstick frying pan over high heat.

Saute

Add the 1 tablespoon Olive Oil and half of the ½ Red Onion, saute for 1 minute.

Add the 7 ounces Basic Ground Beef, saute until brown before adding the 2 teaspoons Taco Seasoning, and mix well.

Season

Saute for another minute before adding the ⅓ cup Keto Enchilada Sauce. Add Salt and Pepper to taste and mix well.

Remove

Preheat

Preheat your broiler/grill to high or around 200c/390F.

Spray a sheet pan with olive oil and evenly spread out your 3 ounces Pork Rinds.

Spoon

Gently spoon over the ground beef mixture and sprinkle over the ½ cup Cheddar Cheese.

Grill

Broil/Grill until the cheese is melted and bubbling - about 5-8 minutes.

Topping

Sprinkle over the remaining diced onion, along with the ¼ cup Black Olives, 4 tablespoons Tomato, and 1 Scallion. To make fancy stripes with your ¼ cup Sour Cream, add it to a sandwich bag, snip off the corner and pipe it over your nachos.

Keto Nachos Recipe - Mexican Sheet Pan Ground Beef - Low-Carb Budget Meals (Video 2)

Make these Keto nachos next time you are craving something cheesy and crispy. They are a perfect low-carb snack or lunch idea.

Keto Nachos

Keto Chips

Keto Queso

beef

tomato paste

tbsp taco seasoning

tsp cumin

tsp chili powder

In a large pan, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon

After a bit of browning, add the taco seasoning and mix the beef in with it

Mix the paste and water together, in a 1 to 1 mixture.

Add the tomato paste and mix together with the beef. This will add some color to the meat

Once cooked through, serve the meat on top of a pile of Keto Nacho Chips

Drizzle Keto Queso onto the chips and beef, and enjoy!

Low Carb Nachos

Jalapeno Poppers meet nachos in this fun, low-carb twist of two classic appetizers, perfect for sharing!

Jalapeno Popper "Nachos"

Reynolds Wrap Non-Stick Foil

olive oil spray

cilantro

cumin powder

water

jalapeno peppers (halved

1/3 less fat cream cheese

scallions (green part only, sliced)

scallions and cilantro (for garnish)

Garlic powder is ground, dehydrated garlic. It is a very common seasoning. Applications include pasta, pizza, and grilled chicken. Garlic salt is simply salt plus garlic powder. (Pre-made products usually include an anti-caking agent.) Garlic powder is a common component of spice mix. It is also a common component of seasoned salt.

Pico de Gallo

Black Olive

Preheat oven to 400F and line a large baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil.

Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat and spray with oil. Add onion, cilantro and garlic and saute about 2 minutes, until soft. Add ground turkey, salt, garlic powder, cumin and cook meat for 4 to 5 minutes until meat is completely cooked through breaking it up with a spoon. Add the tomato paste and water, mix well and simmer on medium for about 2 to 3 minutes, remove from heat.

Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, cheddar and scallions in a medium bowl. Using a small spoon or a spatula, spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling into the peppers.

Arrange in a single layer, cut-side up close together. Bake until soft, about 12 to 15 minutes.

Top with meat and cheese and bake until melted, about 3 minutes more.

Remove from oven and top with pico de gallo, olives and drizzle with sour cream. Garnish with cilantro and scallions and serve immediately.

These were just everything. So so delicious and not at all spicy once you remove the ribs and seeds. Will definitely make again!

This is a go-to! It's so light and easy and a favorite with everyone I've served.

My entire family LOVED this recipe!  I did not have jalapeños on hand, so I substituted anaheim peppers.  The result was delicious, mild and all around AWESOME!

What a clever idea, combining poppers with nachos, especially since I usually adorn my nachos with jalapenos. Turned out amazing!

I have been making jalapeño poppers with cream cheese and sausage for years and they are always everyone's favorite . . . until now! These jalapeño popper "nachos" are the bomb!! So so delicious and easy to make! 

These were so delicious! I made them for our quarantine Cinco de Mayo celebration and they were a hit!! 

Is there any way to make these in the air fryer?

Made these to eat while watching the Masters and doubled the recipe. A complete winner!

I've made these several times and they are always a hit with my boyfriend! It's an easy dinner to make, and good for leftovers too! Love the taste! Another 5 star!

So good!!! A bit of work, but family loved these for the Super Bowl. This was our meal.
