Keto Pizza Sauce is very simple to make and it requires so little effort to make it so delicious. It’s made from only a few ingredients and it is a “no cook” sauce, but at the same time tastes like you cooked it for hours.

Keto Pizza Sauce

oz Crushed Tomatoes

½ tsp Garlic Powder

½ tsp Black Pepper

Oregano

Salt

Tbsp Tomato Paste

Red Pepper (optional)

The first thing to do is to get a bowl to mix your ingredients in.

Open your can of crushed tomatoes and pour them into your bowl.

Now open up your can of tomato paste and add, blend thoroughly.

The last step is to add your spices, oregano, salt and pepper, in no special order to add them. Stir well.

Cup Onion (chopped)

Cloves Garlic (minced)

Tablespoons Tomato Paste

Ounces Crushed Tomatoes (canned, unsalted)

Teaspoon Fresh Basil (dried)

Teaspoon Oregano (dried)

Teaspoon Fennel Seeds ((optional))

Teaspoon Kosher Salt

Teaspoon Black Pepper

Heat oil (2 tablespoons) in a medium sauce pan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic (2 cloves) and chopped onions (1/2 cup). Stir constantly so it doesn’t burn. Sauté until translucent (around 10 minutes).

Add tomato paste (4 tablespoons), basil (1 teaspoon), oregano (3/4 teaspoon), fennel (1/2 teaspoon), salt (1 1/2 teaspoon) and black pepper (1/4 teaspoon). Cook and stir the sauce for a few minutes to incorporate.

Add crushed tomatoes (1 -28 Ounces), stir, and cook for about 5 more minutes.

Turn the heat down to a slow simmer. Cook the sauce for 10-15 minutes, or until it’s as thick as you’d like.
