Sm&ouml;rj och br&ouml;a en form med l&ouml;stagbar kant, ca 24 cm i diameter (f&ouml;r 8 bitar) eller sp&auml;nn fast ett bakpl&aring;tspapper p&aring; botten.

Sm&auml;lt sm&ouml;ret i kastrull, l&aring;t svalna n&aring;got.

Vispa ihop &auml;gg och socker (anv&auml;nd inte en elvisp).

Blanda kakao, vaniljsocker, vetemj&ouml;l och salt i en bunke och r&ouml;r ner i &auml;ggblandningnen.

Tills&auml;tt det sm&auml;lta sm&ouml;ret och blanda f&ouml;rsiktigt ihop till en j&auml;mn smet och h&auml;ll sedan &ouml;ver smeten i formen.

Gr&auml;dda mitt i ugnen i ca 10-15 minuter (&ouml;ka eller minska tiden vid behov beroende p&aring; hur kladdig du vill ha den).

Sikta florsocker &ouml;ver om s&aring; &ouml;nskas. Servera med vispad gr&auml;dde och f&auml;rska b&auml;r. 

Quite possibly the quickest, easiest, gooey-est (and so best) chocolate cake you'll ever make. This has only 6 ingredients and takes only 30 minutes to make and bake from start to finish. A cake that is so perfect for serving to guests... or just scoffing at home in front on the TV!

6-ingredient gooey Swedish chocolate cake (kladdkaka)

butter

cocoa powder

sugar

flour

vanilla extract

eggs (lightly whisked)

Pre-heat the oven to 180C/350F. Line the bottom of a 7-9 inch (see note below) springform cake pan with a circle of baking paper, then grease the paper and the sides of the pan.

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan, then take off the heat and set aside.

Add the cocoa, sugar, flour and vanilla to the butter and stir a little. Then add the eggs and stir everything together until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes (see note below) until the top is set but the centre is still gooey (the top should be firm but crack under a little pressure from your finger).

Let the cake cool in the pan, then run a knife between the pan and the cake to loosen it. Turn out onto a plate or cake stand (see note below). Dust generously with cocoa powder and serve warm with ice cream or cream.

This is one of the most delicious cakes ever!  Sticky and gooey on the inside with a little crusty top.

Kladdkaka (Sticky Chocolate Cake)

butter (unsalted)

cocoa powder (unsweetened)

all purpose sifted flour

eggs

salt

tsp vanilla extract

sugar (optional for dusting)

raspberries (optional, for garnish)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

In a saucepan over medium low heat, melt the butter.

In a bowl mix together the butter, flour, cocoa, sugar and salt

Gently whisk the two eggs and add them to the mixture along with the vanilla. Stir gently until it is all mixed together taking care not to over mix.

Prepare an 8&quot; or 9&quot; cake tin or springform pan.  Line the bottom with a piece of parchment paper and then using a bit of  butter, grease  the top of the paper and sides of the pan, use a bit of cocoa powder to dust over the butter.

Pour the mixture into the dusted pan

Bake  for about 25 minutes but do check it after about 20.  You want  the top firm and the inside gooey but not jiggly.

Let cool for about 30 minutes and then run a knife around the edges and invert on a cake plate if using a tin.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and garnish with a few berries.
