Everyone in my family is tea lover! All wants to get up to smell of freshly made spiced black tea (masala chai). After I started working and left home to work in different city, I had to give up morning tea. Actually, I did try making myself a cup of tea for a while.... but slowly... You can skip it if your prefer sugar-free. Since drink is made with all natural ingredients, it is vegan, gluten free, and also fit for paleo diet. Sweet Green Tea and Kumquats Spritzer

Cup Kumquat, thin sliced

Sparkling Water, club soda, as per need

Mint,

Green Tea, tea bags

Cup Water

tbsp Agave Syrup,

In one cup water, add half of the kumquats and bring to rolling boil. Then add tea bags, boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for 5 more minutes. 

Fish out and discard the tea bags. Let water cool completely. Fill in pitcher of your choice. Top with remaining sliced kumquats, fresh mint, and sparkling water as per taste. Add ice and serve!
