How to perfectly cook a steak.  Cooked low and slow, this method produces a steak that is tender and juicy on the inside and golden brown and crust on the outside.  This low and slow method results in a steak that melts like butter in your mouth every single time!

Low & Slow Perfectly Cooked Steak

Rib Eye –

TB Bacon Fat ((you can substitute neutral oil

Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper – ((for serving, optional))

Freeze Steak at least 30 minutes on a baking sheet. Alternatively, use a completely frozen Steak.

Preheat your oven to the lowest possible setting (170 degrees F is my oven’s lowest setting).

Pat Steak Dry. Brush top side of Steak with ½ of the Bacon Fat (or oil)

With a Blowtorch, Sear the outside of the Steak, taking care to sear the fat on the sides of the steak, using a continuous back and forth motion across the steak for even browning.

Flip Steak over and brush with remaining Bacon Fat (or oil). Repeat searing process on other side of steak

**Alternatively you can sear the steak by heating a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add Bacon Fat or Neutral Oil to Pan, Sear each side until well browned

Transfer Seared Steak to a Cast Iron Skillet (or cooking vessel of choice. If you did not use a blow torch, just keep the steak in the pan). Season with Salt and Cracked Pepper. Insert a Digital Thermometer with an oven safe probe into the side-center of the steak. Place in the Pre-heated oven.

Cook about 65 – 90 minutes*, or to desired doneness.

Season with Salt and Pepper to taste. Allow Steak to rest at least 5-7 minutes.

sunflower oil

brown onion, finely chopped

tbsp red curry paste

Strawberry Sugar Free Cake Recipe

eggs

Tablespoons (100 grams) sugar sweetener

almond flour

baking powder

Strawberry powder

Prepare all ingredients

Start preparing all of the ingredients. Have your eggs at room temperature and separate egg whites and yolks. Sweetener is best to have powdered for baking as it melts much easier. If you have made our recipes, prepare jam and powder, and make the frosting if you have not. At the same time, heat your oven to 160 Celsius or 320 Fahrenheit. 

Whisk Egg Whites and Egg Yolks

Using your kitchen machine, place egg whites into the bowl and mix until fluffy. Place the bowl aside. Using a second bowl, add egg yolks together with sweetener and whisk. 

Once you whisk your egg yolks, scoop in the egg whites into the bowl and mix on low until combined.

Add the rest of the Ingredients

Add all other ingredients using a spoon while your machine keeps whisking them. 

Pour and Bake

Once your cake batter is thoroughly combined, pour it onto the large cake pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. 

Spread Jam

Make sure your sheet cake is thoroughly cooled before going into the next steps. Make small holes throughout the cake using the back of the spatula or wooden stick. This will help your jam to get directly into the cake to add more moisture and flavor.  Once your holes are all made, cut your sheet cake into half and spread half of the strawberry jam on one half of the cake. Place the other half of the top of the cake to form two layers. 

Extra Jam and Frosting

Spread the rest of the jam on top of the second layer of the cake. On top of that goes meringue frosting. You can either spread it with a spatula or fill our icing bag and frost it. 

Strawberry Powder

Lastly comes our strawberry Powder. Place powder into the sieve or bigger tea sieve, as I have done, and gently powder your whole cake with dehydrated strawberry powder.

Keto Tortilla Recipe with 0 Net Carbs

2.5 Cups (250 grams) Shredded mozarella

Tablespoons (50 grams) Oat fiber

Prepare ingredients

Prepare your ingredients to make amazing keto and gluten-free tortillas. That is oat fiber, eggs, and mozzarella.

Heat up mozzarella

On your stove, heat up to mozzarella on medium heat. Using a wooden spoon, gently stir from time to time for all of the cheese to melt. Keep heating up until you have a smooth melted cheese.

Add oat fiber and eggs

Switch the heat off and add oat fiber. Blend it in. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Keep mixing until you get a combined uniformed smooth dough. If you feel mozzarella needs to be melted again, switch the heat on low and keep blending.

Work out the dough

Once you have the dough similar to my in the video, place it all on a silicone rolling sheet and using your hands keep working the dough. As you see on the video, I stretch and fold the dough several times. Keep stretching and folding until you get a really smooth consistency. The process might take somewhere between 5 to 8 minutes.

Shape tortillas

Once you are happy with the consistency, split your dough into 8 pieces. That is how many I managed to make. If you want to make smaller or larger tortillas, decide on the amount. Using a roller, roll one piece into a round flat sheet. Shape your tortillas using either a round, sharp bowl or anything similar. Place each wrap onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. At this time, you can heat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit or 180 Celsius. Once you have all the tortillas ready, place them into a preheated oven and bake the tortillas for 8 to 10 minutes until you see the edges starting to brown. I managed to fit 4 tortillas on each baking sheet.

Rinse your Shirataki under a warm water fully.

Roast shirataki

Roast the Shirataki noodles on medium heat in a pan or dutch oven.

Prepare your protein

Take a few pieces of fresh chicken and cook them in a pan as you would typically for other dishes.

Boil your veggies

Place all the veggies you plan to use into the boiling water and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Rinse all under cold water

Once your veggies are softer, place them into a strainer and quickly run through with cold water. That will retain the color, and the veggies will stop cooking immediately.

Assemble

Ensure all ingredients (except avocado) are warm and your broth is boiling. Add the noodles into a ramen bowl first. Layer all other ingredients and add the chicken broth or soup stock as last.
