Our Keto Coleslaw is a creamy, tangy and colorful side dish. This classic cabbage salad is a staple recipe that everyone can enjoy!

Keto Coleslaw & Creamy Dressing

green cabbage (thinly sliced)

red cabbage (thinly sliced)

scallions (thinly sliced)

parsley (fresh)

Low Carb Mayonnaise

sour cream

apple cider vinegar

lemon juice

garlic powder

salt

pepper

In a large mixing bowl, add the cabbages, scallions, and parsley and toss together. Set aside while you make the dressing.

In a small bowl, add the remaining ingredients and whisk together until smooth.

Pour half the dressing into the salad and mix well. Continue to add the dressing until the salad reaches your desired level of dressing (we like to add it all).

Taste your coleslaw and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.

Serve and enjoy.

This Brussels sprout salad is full of flavor and texture and is the perfect fall and winter side dish. Made with shredded Brussels sprouts, chopped kale, cranberries, pomegranate arils, toasted pecans, walnuts and pumpkin seeds tossed in a sweet and tangy Dijon vinaigrette.

Add the dressing ingredients to a bowl or a jar. Whisk or shake until combined. Taste and adjust seasonings.

Make the dressing:

Low carb bell pepper salad is a super healthy side dish or vegan main course that the whole family will love.  Red, yellow, and orange peppers, cucumbers, onion, herbs, and a homemade dressing make this easy salad full of color, flavor, and nutrients.  It’s a perfect addition to a clean eating meal for weight loss!

Low Carb Bell Pepper Salad

orange bell pepper (thinly sliced in 2 inch lengths)

red bell pepper (thinly sliced in 2 inch lengths)

yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced in 2 inch lengths)

English cucumber (thinly sliced)

red onion (thinly sliced)

mint (chopped)

chives (cut in 1/2 inch lengths)

lemon juice (from 2 lemons)

garlic

sugar

fine sea salt

black pepper

Dressing:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar until well blended.

Salad:

In a large bowl, combine the bell peppers, cucumber, red onion, chives, and mint.

Toss:

Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss with tongs to combine.  Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 30 minutes then serve.  You&#39;ll want the cucumbers and bell peppers to still be crunchy.

This Ground Beef Taco Salad recipe will become your to-go meal when you want a quick and easy meal for lunch. It is loaded with tomato salsa, avocado slices, lettuces and of course taco seasoned ground beef. It’s gluten free, dairy free, Whole30 and made in just 20 minutes!

Ground Beef Taco Salad (Whole30, Paleo, Low-carb &amp; Gluten-Free)

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over high heat. Add the ground beef and cook it until it gets completely brown. Set it aside.

Reduce the heat to medium-low, add onion and bell pepper. Cook until onions are soft and translucent. It’s about 5 to 8 minutes.

Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add all the spices (paprika, onion powder, coriander powder, chili powder, cumin powder, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper).

Stir everything together and bring cooked ground beef to the pot. Give a stir and add chicken stock.

Bring the ground beef mixture to a boil and then, lower the heat to low, cover with a lid and simmer for 20-30 mins (the longer, the better), stirring occasionally to avoid burning.

For the Taco Ground Beef

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 5 days.

For the Salsa

In a large salad bowl, add lettuces, sliced avocado, salsa and half of the cooked ground beef.

Squeeze some lime on top of the salad and season it with salt and pepper if necessary.

Garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!

Preheat oven to broil. Toss bread cubes in 1 tablespoon of oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Spread evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. Broil in the center of the oven until crispy, about 1-3 minutes. Remove croutons to a plate and set aside.

Turn broiler off, and oven on to 400 F. Toss shrimp in remaining tablespoon of oil, and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Spread into a single layer on the same rimmed baking sheet and bake in the oven until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the dressing ingredients together in a small blender, or shake really well in a salad shaker.

Assemble the salad, and drizzle the dressing on top. Enjoy!
