A healthy low histamine breakfast bake to start your day right. This bake comes together really easily and is a cozy way to start each day - and an awesome snack to have on hand.

Healthy Low Histamine Zucchini Bread

flour flour

brown sugar (or coconut sugar)

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

cinnamon

pumpkin seeds (or any seeds you tolerate)

dates (chopped)

apple cider vinegar

zucchini (grated)

water flour

olive oil

eggs

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C top and bottom heat, line a bread baking dish with baking paper or butter and flour (unless using a silicon dish)

Grate your zucchini into a bowl and leave it to sit for a few minutes

In the meantime mix together all your dry ingredients in a large bowl

Add the olive oil, eggs, water and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients and mix

Squeeze out most of the liquid from the zucchini and add it to your other ingredients, mix well

Fill the dough into your baking dish and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean

Serve with fresh berries, honey and nut butter (if you tolerate it ;-))

tbsp flax seeds (or chia seeds)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

(If you don&#039;t have a blender place in a bowl and use hand blender to puree until smooth)

Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry about 2 tbsp of batter per pancake, flip when the top begins to have a slightly dry, bubbly appearance, repeat until all batter is used

Serve with your favourite toppings (coconut cream, almond butter, apple sauce, blueberries, toasted pecans etc.)

A comforting and nutritious low histamine breakfast bake that&#039;s gluten free, dairy free, vegan and sugar free. But don&#039;t worry - it&#039;s still gosh darn delicious ;-)

Low Histamine Zucchini and Kale Breakfast Bake

tbsp ground flaxseeds

g frozen kale

ginger

zucchini

oil ((extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed organic rapeseed oil, melted butter/ghee/coconut oil))

apple sauce

blueberries

Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat, grease a small baking dish

In a small bowl mix together the ground flaxseed and water, allow to stand

Add all other ingredients (except the blueberries) to a bowl, use a hand blender to blend them together until you have a smooth and sticky batter

Add the ground flaxseed mix and blend some more

Transfer batter into your baking dish (it should form a layer about 4-5cm thick) and spread the frozen blueberries out on top

Bake for 45 minutes, enjoy warm or cold (if you want it to have an even more cheese cake-y texture you can bake it for just 30 minutes)

Healthy Key Lime Pie Chia Pudding

coconut milk

of 12-14 key limes

water coconut milk

¼ tsp powdered monk fruit

lime

tbsp chia seeds

tsp vanilla extract vanilla bean I prefer a vanilla bean!

tsp chlorella powder (for coloring & detox)

almonds sugar

pistachios ((optional))

kiwi ((optional))

coconut ((optional))

matcha powder or natural food colorings (noted below) ((optional))

mint ((optional))

Start off by washing your produce and mint if using.

Follow by mixing all of your ingredients in the chia pudding ingredient group.

Allow the chia seeds to swell before enjoying. If you whisk your mixture this will help the chia seeds to swell much quicker.

Finish by adding your pudding to a jar or bowl &amp; serve with your favorite toppings!

You may store your pudding in the fridge up to one week however I suggest enjoying within two days.
