Make Ahead Smoothies - Meal Prep

banana

berries

milk of choice

sugar

protein powder (optional)

Break up bananas and put about ½ in the bottom of each jar (or freezer bag).

Fill the jar with about a cup of fresh or frozen berries or fruit of choice.

Freeze in Mason jars until ready to use.

Screw off the lid and fill up with your&nbsp;milk of choice or water.

Add sweetener or protein powder if desired.

Screw blender blade to the top of the blender safe Mason jar and blend.
