Glaze:

Tbsp brown sugar

Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray a broiler pan or oven-safe grill pan liberally with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a medium-size mixing bowl mix together ground beef, egg, chili sauce, buttermilk, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, barbecue seasoning, garlic, onion powder and pepper. Using your hands, mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Divide the meatloaf mixture into 12 equal portions and form into thick patties approximately 1 inch thick.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together chili sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and barbecue seasoning until fully combined.

Arrange meatloaf patties onto prepared pan and drizzle with ½ of the glaze.

Bake for 20-22 minutes or until no pink remains and the juices run clear. Remove from the oven, drizzle with the remaining glaze

Serve on warmed or buttered and toasted dinner or slider rolls.

Easy Meatloaf with Few Ingredients

beef (80/20)

meatloaf seasoning (1.5 ounce)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl combine the beef, seasonings, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Using your hands, work the ingredients until they are well combined.

Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line it with aluminum foil. Either mold the meatloaf with your hands or spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and mold the meatloaf in there. Then flip it over onto the baking sheet.

In a small bowl combine the topping ingredients of ketchup, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce. Use a brush or the back of a spoon to spread it on top of the meatloaf.

Bake the meatloaf for 50 minutes, until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F.

Once it is cooked allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting into it to keep the juices in.

Turkey Meatloaf Recipe

cremini mushroom, (finely minced)

onion, (finely chopped)

Preheat oven to 350ºF (177ºC). Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil; set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil (2 tablespoons) over medium heat. Stir in onions (1 1/2 cups) and carrot then sauté until they begin to soften, about 4-5 minutes. Add garlic (1 tablespoon) and continue to sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Stir in mushrooms (8 ounces) and Worcestershire sauce (2 tablespoons) then sauté, stirring often, until they release their liquids, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, add the Panko breadcrumbs (1 1/2 cups) and milk (1 cup) to a large mixing bowl and allow the Panko to absorb the milk. When the onion mushroom mixture has cooled add to the Panko mixture.

Add mozzarella (1 cup), beaten eggs (2), Italian seasoning (1 tablespoon), sage (1/4 teaspoon), salt (1 1/2 teaspoons), black pepper (1/2 teaspoon), and ground turkey (2 pounds). Using your hands, gently mix until evenly combined.

Evenly press the meatloaf mixture into the prepared pan. Invert the pan onto the prepared lined baking sheet.

Make The Meatloaf:

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all the glaze ingredients.

Pour 1/2 the glaze on top of the meatloaf. Use a pastry brush to evenly spread over the tops and sides. Do not put the pastry brush back in the glaze (for sanitary reasons).

Make The Glaze:

Place meatloaf in preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes; remove from the oven and top meatloaf with remaining glaze.

Return the meatloaf to the oven and continue baking until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meatloaf registers 160°F (71ºC), about 30 minutes more. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Preheat oven to 375degF,

In a mixing bowl, add beef, pork, meatloaf seasonings and Worcestershire sauce. Use hands to thoroughly combine.

Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper. Press meat mixture into baking dish. Cover with foil and place in oven for 50 minutes.

In the last 20 minutes of bake time, add bacon to frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook until crispy and remove to a  paper towel covered plate.

In the same frying pan (do not remove bacon grease), reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted add mushrooms, garlic, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Saute until softened, then remove from heat.

Remove meat loaf from oven. Use the parchment to lift out of baking dish and set on baking sheet. (If there is excess fat drippings, use a paper towel absorb some). Lay swiss cheese slices over top with a 1-in overhang all the way around the square. Spread mushrooms over top and then sprinkle with bacon. Return to oven and back another 10-15 minutes.

Remove from oven and let sit for about 5 minutes before cutting into squares for serving.

Décevant, ce pain de viande est bien sec. Nous préférons le classique avec V8, beaucoup plus moelleux.

Excellente recette ! Je nappe le pain à de viande avec la Sauce tomate de base, accompagné d’haricots verts et purée de pomme de terre. C’est devenu un classique chez moi. Merci Ricardo!!!

Ma compagne et moi avons fait le pain de viande .Ca faisait des lustres qu'on n'avait pas fait ça. Une belle réussite. Nous nous sommes permis d'ajouter des ingrédients à  la recette de base .La prochaine fois on va essayer plus d'ajouts.

Délicieux et savoureux. J’ai remplacé les biscuits soda par 1/3 de tasse de farine d’amandes et 1/8 tasse de levure alimentaire car je mange sans gluten.
