Meatloaf with Stuffing is an easy ground beef dinner recipe the whole family will love. This delicious meatloaf is made with Stove Top Stuffing Mix.

Meatloaf With Stuffing

Pour ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, honey and onion powder into a small mixing bowl. Stir well and set aside.

Dump ground beef, stuffing mix and eggs into a large mixing bowl.

Also add 1/3 cup of the prepared sauce to the bowl with the ground beef.

Use your hands to mix all of the ingredients together really well.

Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.

Press the meat mixture into the foil lined loaf pan.

Pour the remaining sauce on top of the meat and spread it out evenly.

Place the loaf pan in the oven and cook the meatloaf until it reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160F. About 55-60 minutes.

Remove the meatloaf from the oven and allow it to rest in the pan for a few minutes before using the foil to lift it out.
