Velveeta Cheese Dip with Beans is the perfect game day recipe.  This cheesy Queso dip is taco flavored and full of ground beef and black beans. Serve with tortilla chips for the win!

Velveeta Cheese Dip with Beans

Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess grease if needed. Add packet of taco seasoning, stir and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter; add flour and stir for 30 seconds.

Add milk, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.

Add Velveeta (cubed) and shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.

Add drained beans and seasoned ground beef. Stir to mix. Heat until desired temperature.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Texas Trash Dip (Easy Mexican Bean Dip)

(4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained

(1.25-ounce) package taco seasoning

shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175°C) and spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Add the cream cheese and sour cream to a large microwave-safe bowl. Then, cook for 1 minute on high or until the cream cheese is soft.

Mix the cream cheese and sour cream thoroughly with a whisk until it's a smooth and uniform consistency.

Add the refried beans, green chiles, seasoning mix, and two cups of the Mexican blend cheese. Stir until everything is well mixed.

Spread the mixture over the baking dish, and be sure to make it flat. Then, add the rest of the Mexican blend cheese on top.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese on top is melted.

Serve with your choice of tortilla chips, Fritos, fresh veggies, etc. Enjoy!

Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

Add the mixture to the slow cooker, followed by the remaining Mexican cheese blend on top.

Cover the slow cooker and cook the dip for 3 to 4 hours on low.

The dip is ready when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (75°C).

The perfect potluck dish for BBQs or parties. This 3 Bean Corn Salsa is hearty, healthy and full of flavor. It&#039;s just as good as a salad as it is a dip with chips.

3 Bean Corn Salsa

(15 oz) kidney beans (rinsed and drained)

(15 oz) black beans (rinsed and drained)

(15 oz) pinto beans (rinsed and drained)

onion

smoked paprika

cumin

salt (or

black pepper (or

sweet red bell pepper

jalapeño pepper (ribs and seeds removed, diced)

garlic

grape tomatoes (halved

avocado (diced)

cilantro (chopped)

limes (about 3-4 tablespoons)

Place all the beans, corn, onion, spices, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss well to combine.

Add the bell pepper, jalapeño pepper, minced garlic, tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro. Squeeze in the lime juice. Stir well to combine.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add a pinch more salt or another squeeze of lime juice.

Eat immediately or cover the bowl and set it in the fridge to let the flavors meld for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Tasty! Left out the jalapeño for sensitive taste buds.
