In 15 minutes or less you can make this easy and yummy classic pie that’s creamy, fruity-sweet, light and no-bake, too. We served this millionaire pie in a potluck and it was a huge hit! 

Millionaire Pie

store-bought Graham Cracker Crust

(8 oz) block of cream cheese, (softened)

sugar

(8 oz) can

Prepare the graham cracker crust if not using a pre-made one and chill in the refrigerator while making the filling. You can use the recipe here for graham cracker crust - https://www.manilaspoon.com/2015/09/yummy-blueberry-cheesecake.html

Using an electric mixer, whip together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and well-blended, about 4 minutes. Stir into the cream cheese mixture the crushed pineapple, grated coconut and pecans. Mix well.

Fold in gently half of the whipped topping or cool whip (reserving the other half as topping) and stir everything carefully until evenly mixed. Spoon the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust.

Top the filling with the remaining whipped cream or cool whip and spread it all over. Sprinkle the pie with extra pecans. Chill for several hours until set before serving. Enjoy!

Millionaire Pie is a family favorite. A rich creamy base is loaded with pecans, coconut, pineapple and cherries. You’ll need just about 5 minutes to prepare this pie and no baking is required!

Millionaire Pie (No bake and only 5 Minutes to Prep!)

graham cracker crust

coconut

(15.25 ounces crushed pineapple, well drained)

maraschino cherries (drained & chopped)

pecans (chopped)

Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)

lemon juice

maraschino cherry juice

½ cups whipped topping (plus extra for garnish if desired)

In a large bowl, combine coconut, crushed pineapple, maraschino cherries, pecans, (Eagle Brand) Sweetened Condensed Milk, lemon juice and maraschino cherry juice.

Gently fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust.

Top with additional whipped topping and cherries if desired. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
