Meatballs, wrapped with bacon, then glazed with BBQ sauce... You know you are going to try these just by the name! Nobody would blame you, these beauties taste even more amazing than they look.

M.O.I.N.K. Balls

(1 oz size) Italian Beef meatballs.

Your favorite Kosmo's Q BBQ Seasoning/Rub

Toothpicks

Sweet Apple Chipotle BBQ Sauce

Peach Habanero BBQ Sauce

Sweet Smoke BBQ Sauce

Honey Jalapeno BBQ Sauce

Competition BBQ Sauce

Thaw out the Meatballs.

Slice Bacon strips in half.

Wrap the Bacon strips around the meatball and pin with a toothpick.

Pick up by the Toothpick and season with one of our famous rubs. (I like the Dirty Bird HOT).

Cook the MOINK Balls indirect until bacon starts to crisp up about 30-45 minutes at 275ºF (135ºC).

When bacon is crisp dunk each MOINK Ball in your favorite Kosmo's Q Sauce (I like the Peach Habanero) and return to the grill until the sauce gets tacky approximately 10-15 minutes.

Serve up and get ready to get praised by your guests!

Ever heard of Moink Balls? That&#039;s okay, all you need to know is that they are smoked bbq pork meatballs wrapped in bacon and smoked on the pellet grill. The flavor is amazing and these might be the perfect tailgate or Superbowl appetizer.

Moink Balls- Bacon Wrapped smoked Meatballs

lb Ground Pork

lbs Bacon (Thick Cut)

Large Eggs

Pork Rinds

Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

tbsp BBQ Dry Rub

tbsp Banana Pepper Rings (Chopped)

tbsp Hot Sauce

BBQ Sauce

Preheat Pellet Grill to 250 degrees F.

In a  large mixing bowl add ground pork, eggs, ground pork rinds, cheese, dry rub, banana pepper rings, and hot sauce.

Mix all ingredients together in the bowl then chill for 15 minutes. Once meatballs are chilled scoop them out into 2 oz golf ball size meatballs and roll them out.

Wrap each moink ball with a half slice of thick-cut bacon then secure with a toothpick. Season the outside of the meatballs with a little more rub and then place on the pellet grill.

Smoke for about 2 hours until the meatballs are fully cooked. Brush each meatball with bbq sauce and smoke for 30 more minutes to let the sauce caramelize.

Serve with ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce
