Perfect for warm weather sipping, these orange blossom citrus mojitos are a refreshing new twist on the classic mojito.

Orange Blossom Citrus Mojitos

To prepare simple syrup, microwave sugar and water in a microwave-safe liquid measuring cup until sugar is dissolved, about 2 minutes; set aside.

Thinly slice two of the six oranges and place slices in the bottom of a large pitcher. Add mint sprigs and simple syrup.

Use a cocktail muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to gently muddle the oranges with the mint and simple syrup help release all of the flavors.

Slice the remaining four oranges in half and use a fork to squeeze all of the orange juice into the pitcher.

Add rum, orange blossom water and lime juice to the pitcher then stir.

Fill four glasses with ice then fill 3/4 way with mojito mixture. Top each glass with 4 ounces club soda to serve.

A white winter twist on the classic Mojito flavored with coconut cream, fresh mint, rum, and lime juice, and served with a garnish of pomegranate seeds for a festive touch.

In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, combine mint leaves, lime wedges and sugar; using a muddler, or a wooden spoon, muddle the mint, lime and sugar together until lime juices are released.

Stir in the rum and coconut cream;&nbsp;fill shaker with ice, and shake until the drink is thoroughly chilled and well combined.

Strain mixture into a cocktail glass and top with club soda. Add more ice, if desired.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves; serve.

Blueberry Mojitos (Pitcher Recipe)

Place the sugar and the water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stir, and then remove from the heat. Let cool completely (put it in the refrigerator to speed this along). This is the simple syrup.

Remove the mint from the stems. Slice three of the limes into eight sections each.

Place the mint and the lime sections into a large pitcher. Use a pestle, wooden spoon, or meat mallet to crush the mint leaves and the limes. Make sure to crush each of the lime sections until they release their juice.

Add the blueberries and crush those, too. It doesn’t have to be perfect—some of the blueberries can still be whole.

Pour in the rum and the simple syrup from step 1. Stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

When ready to serve, stir the club soda into the pitcher. Cut the remaining lime into eight wedges.

Place ice in each individual glass and pour the blueberry mojito mixture over the top.

Garnish with a lime wedge and more mint. Serve immediately.
