I made this in my air fryer and finished it in the oven. Served over vermicelli it was no less than AMAZING!

Simple and easy to follow directions. Hope it tastes as good as it looks.

Was really good. Definitely one of my favorite recipes. Wasn’t time consuming. I did use Italian Seasoned bread crumbs instead of adding to regular bread crumbs. BlueUmbrella just likes to complain and probably isn’t a good cook.

My family and I love this. It may use alot of dishes, but anytime you dredge it will. It's easy to follow, taste great!

I was very dissappointed in this recipe. First of all, it was way too time consuming. The ingredient amounts, on the breading were not accurate, way too much Parmesan and corn meal.
Every pan in my kitchen was used. I would rate this recipe a 2. I won’t make it again.

This One Easy Trick Will Change The Way You Make Chicken Parm

450 g boneless skinless chicken breasts

salt

g plain flour

g panko bread crumbs

g Parmesan, divided

marinara

g basil

Chicken for dinner doesn't have to be the same old and it doesn't have to be complicated either. This simple Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken with fresh basil and tomato makes dinner worth repeating! Ready in 30 minutes and packed with flavor-- a Caprese salad right in your chicken!

Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken with Tomato and Basil

chicken breasts (3 if large in size)

in. slices fresh mozzarella (log or ball)

basil leaves

Roma tomatoes

tsp balsamic

olive oil

Garlic cloves, minced

Italian seasoning

Sea salt and pepper

balsamic glaze (optional) (to serve)

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Slice tomatoes and chop basil. Add to a small  to medium bowl and toss with balsamic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, one garlic clove and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Season each chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic (using the other clove) on both sides. Use a sharp knife to cut through the middle of each chicken breast but not all the way through. Gently stuff each piece of chicken with one slice of mozzarella halved. Add the tomato basil mixture and then toothpick each end to hold.
