Godiva Chocolate Liqueur ((or Kahlua Coffee Liqueur))

Bailey's Irish Cream

(equal to 1/4 cup) half-and-half

Add ice to a rocks or lowball glass and fill to the top.

Pour the vodka, chocolate liqueur, and Bailey&#039;s Irish Cream over the ice. Add the half-and-half as well.

Stir the cocktail ingredients until the mixture is evenly combined, serve, and enjoy!

The frozen mudslide drink is the perfect marriage of Baileys Irish Cream and Kahlua with sweet and creamy ice cream!

oz Kahlua

oz Baileys Irish Cream

vanilla ice cream (16 ounces)

chocolate syrup (optional, for garnish)

whipped cream (optional,

chocolate pieces (optional, for garnish)

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on medium speed until smooth.

Prepare glasses by drizzling chocolate syrup along their interior surfaces (optional).

Pour frozen mudslide cocktail into glasses.

Optionally garnish with chocolate shavings, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and chocolate pieces (or anything else you want to use).

Drink immediately.

Drizzle two rocks glasses with chocolate syrup - hold the glass in one hand at an angle and drizzle the syrup with the other, turning the glass as you do. Place in the freezer while you prepare your cocktail.

Fill a cocktail jug with fresh ice. Pour the vodka, Kahlua and Baileys over the ice.

Use a bar spoon to give a good stir – this chills the cocktail and dilutes it ever so slightly.

Fill your prepared glasses with ice and strain the cocktail, dividing it for two servings.

Garnish with a fine grating of chocolate if you like and enjoy! For a festive Mudslide variation add a candy cane as decoration.

Classic Mudslide Cocktail

Drizzle two hurricane or sundae glassess with chocolate syrup - hold the glass in one hand at an angle and drizzle the syrup with the other, turning the glass as you do. Place in the freezer while you prepare your cocktail.

Add the ice, vanilla ice cream,  Kalhua, vodka and Irish cream to a power blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your glass filling ¾ of the way.

Top with whipped cream, extra chocolate syrup and add a paper straw.
